At present,the development of physical education in special education schools in various regions of China is uneven,and the development of physical education in special education schools is not booming in poor and remote mountainous areas.This paper investigates the current situation of physical education in special education schools in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Xiangxi Prefecture),leaders in charge of physical education and physical education teachers,Through investigation and interview with non mentally retarded students,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of physical education teaching in special education schools in various cities and counties of Xiangxi Prefecture by using various research methods such as literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,and discusses in detail the difficulties and influencing factors,At the same time,it also puts forward some targeted suggestions and specific implementation paths,which has a certain reference value for changing the current situation.The final conclusions are as follows:(1)Special education schools in Xiangxi Prefecture are small in scale,located in a relatively small position and few in number;The number of physical education teachers who can’t meet the needs of professional training after going out is small,and the number of physical education teachers can’t meet the needs of professional training;(2)The physical education teaching objectives of special education schools in Xiangxi Prefecture are general,ideal and inconsistent.Physical education teachers set their own goals,which are not well considered according to the actual situation of different types of students.The scientificity and rationality of the current goals and the achievement of the goals need to be improved;(3)In terms of physical education teaching content,Xiangxi special education schools have been agreed by various special education schools or physical education teachers,including curriculum outline and curriculum standards,which lack a unified standard that can be carried out by the whole Xiangxi special education schools;(4)The teaching methods and means are more traditional,lack of innovation,and the use of multimedia teaching is less;(5)The site equipment is lower than the national general standard;At present,the students’ interests in physical education and other physical education courses cannot be affirmed by their parents,and they cannot meet the actual needs of physical education teachers and students in schools;(6)Xiangxi special education schools are relatively single in the evaluation of physical education teaching.For example,they lack a unified standard.Put forward the following suggestions for the optimization path of physical education teaching in special education schools in Xiangxi Prefecture:(1)increase the communication opportunities between physical education teachers in special education schools in Xiangxi Prefecture;(2)Introduce excellent physical education teachers for Xiangxi special education schools,and improve the professional ability of existing physical education teachers at the same time;(3)Establish unified physical education curriculum standards and teaching contents and requirements for different types of students for Xiangxi special schools;(4)Optimize the sports venues,equipment and facilities of special education schools in Xiangxi Prefecture and enrich teaching tools;(5)Establish and improve the evaluation system of physical education teaching. |
