To strengthen college students’ labor education is the basic requirement for the implementation of moral education in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has always been concerned about the growth of young students,and paid more attention to labor education.Under this background,the new connotation of college students’ labor education is summarized and explained to realize the return of the value of labor education.At the same time,a more perfect education system will lead students to grow into high-quality workers in the new era and realize their all-round development.Based on the investigation of the current situation of college students’ labor education,the basic method of empirical analysis is used to obtain real and objective data,and the relevant content of college students’ labor education is explained based on the data.First of all,through the basic theory of traceability to study the specific issues of this paper to find theoretical support,the comprehensive development of people and the basic concepts of college students’ labor education are explained separately.Secondly,it logically combs the all-round development of human beings and college students’ labor education to find its basic ideas in essence,expand the basic vision of labor education,and explore the basic content of all-round development of human beings and the commonality of labor education from different angles.Thirdly,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the results obtained from the survey,and finds out the problems existing in the need satisfaction,ability training,personality development and relationship construction of college students’ labor education in the process of all-round development of human beings.Finally,through the survey data,the problems are summarized,and further feasible policies are proposed in terms of meeting the needs of ontology,improving comprehensive quality,focusing on self-realization,and enriching diverse relationships.At present,colleges and universities are guided by the relevant opinions and policies issued by the State Council and the Ministry of Education.The implementation of labor education in colleges and universities has also achieved certain results in the four dimensions of human needs,ability,personality and relationship,however,some practical problems in the process of exploration and development still need to be improved gradually.From the perspective of all-round development of human beings,colleges and universities should actively promote the development of labor education for college students in strict accordance with relevant requirements,and sum up the relevant experience on the relevant issues and paths,so that labor education can be put into practice and play a positive role. |
