Under the background of the new century, man's all-round development problem has increasingly become an international problem and the focus of world attention. Education is the most important realization way to promote the all-round development of man. At present, our country is energetically carrying out quality-oriented education and the new basic education curriculum reform, its core content and ultimate aim is to promote the comprehensive development of students. The comprehensive development of students is always an important theory problem in education, which has more important practical significance to analyze and study students' all-round development issues in the new situation. However, There are such problems as"understanding is unclear","concept is still very fuzzy", and"understanding is not deep". Education academic and many teachers have different ideas in all-round development of students, such as"moral, intellectual and physical development","all-round development of morality, intelligence , physique and aesthetic"and"all-around development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labour education".As is known to all, the purpose of education is to cultivate "people", and to cultivate what kind of person will inevitably involve the understanding of human nature. Thus, humanity is education foundation, the starting point of the education, but also is the end of education, and throughout the whole process of education activity. Then, students comprehensive development must be constructed under the guidance of reasonable humanity. Only in human view won't students' overall development deviate direction. Therefore, in order to further understand and explain the comprehensive development of students, the author is trying to construct the basic connotation of the students' overall development and its teaching operation strategies from human perspective to provide certain theoretical and practical reference and enlightenment role for Chinese education.Humanity is the unity of three dimensions of natural attribute, social attribute and mental attribute. Man's all-round development is essentially the all-round development of natural attribute, social attribute and mental attribute. Students' overall development under human vision is: the basic connotation of physical development is "primary premise" of the comprehensive development of students. Virtue ascension is "core content" of the comprehensive development of students. Rational and irrational growth is "key essence" of the comprehensive development of students. The comprehensive development of students is a unity of all members'development, all-round development, personality development and harmonious development.The comprehensive development of students is not "average development", its core is the "personality development". The comprehensive development of students is a dynamic process of "gradually improve, endless". Based on the reflection and criticism of existing students' overall development view from humanity perspective, the author is working on the theoretical construction of the students' overall development, and based on which, the author also put forward the teaching operation strategies of students' overall development under human vision, which reflected in"the teaching objective, teaching content, teaching method, teacher-student relationship and teaching evaluation"of the basic component of teaching activities. The teaching operation strategies specific as follows: First, in the teaching purpose: physical existence is the granted orientation of teaching purpose. Virtue shape is the "soul" of teaching purpose. Rational and irrational ascension is the main pursuit of teaching objective. Second, in teaching content: the reasonable assurance both presupposition and generation. Integration of science and humanities. Third, in the teaching method: "students oriented " is the choice premise of teaching method. "The focus is on the whole" is the using logic of teaching method. Fourth, the teacher-student relationship: " toward you and I" and " reach harmony ". Fifth, in teaching evaluation: "four-dimensional care" is the trend of times of teaching evaluation. Teacher-student interaction is the new way of teaching evaluation. Human caring is the principle positioning of teaching evaluation.
