Labor Education In Township Primary Schools: Research On Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasure

In September 2018,the National Education Conference pointed out that labor education is of great significance to social construction and people's all-round development.Two years later,opinions on strengthening labor education and guidelines for labor education are adopted,raise requirement to implement labor education.However,due to the incomplete understanding of labor education in our country,the current labor course witch is difficult to meet the development needs of students and be implemented irregularly,lead to virtualization and weakening on labor education.So how to work in at all stages of students to carry out the labor education has become focus for relevant departments,and primary school learning has crucial significance to students' growth,witch also conducive to cultivating students' labor literacy,enabling students to establish correct labor values,So then respect labor,labor people,labor achievements and master labor skills.Therefore,implementing labor education in primary school is crucial for students' overall development.On the theoretical basis of Marx's human all-round development theory,Suhomlinsky's labor thought and Chinese traditional farming and reading culture,and then make a full distinction between labor education and labor education in township primary schools,combs the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent decades.Combined with the questionnaire survey of 769 students and the interview data of 13 teachers in Hangzhou,Huzhou and Jinhua,Zhejiang Province,analyze the current situation and implementation difficulties of labor education in township primary schools,and studied the factors influencing the labor education to carry out,summed up for the cause of formation are traditional ideas affection,school' management ideas,the particularity of labor education in township primary schools,the imperfect labor education security,the lack of supervision and management of education departments on township labor education.Based on the labor education opinions and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and the "one guide and three programs" issued by the Education Department of Zhejiang Province,the paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures of township primary schools to carry out labor education.The first idea is to set up the correct labor concept,abandon wrong labor concept and realize the importance of labor education.The second specification requirements: outstanding township school labor training work,refine labor education planning,develop teaching design,ensure class hours;The third coordinated development: broaden the way of development,enrich the content of education,give full play to township pupils can carry out labor education in school,family,society in a variety of places;The fourth guarantee is based on: perfect labor education guarantee mechanism to ensure the effective implementation of labor education in township primary schools.
