With the social development and the changing demand for talents, the social standards ofhigh quality talents include not only solid professional knowledge, but also good adaptability,practical and creative ability, and a combination of high intelligence and high emotion.Therefore, individualized education and teaching, and the fostering of innovative abilityconstitute the important principles for China's higher learning institutions, which areincreasingly reflected in the theoretical study and practice of talent fostering mode.From the standpoint of Marxist Philosophy, the thesis reveals that the relations betweenfostering mode and all-round development based on today's social needs. As the essential partof human theory in Marxist philosophy, all-round development theory is the guidance offostering qualified socialist builders and successors as well as the global requirements formodern college students in socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on studying thetheory and thoughts of all-round development by classic Marxist writers, and expoundingtheir localization in China, the thesis clarifies the relations between all-round developmenttheory and talent fostering mode in China's higher learning institutions, and determines theexisting problems in the fostering mode. Besides, the thesis studies the mode from theperspective of all-round development theory in terms of education ideology, fosteringobjectives and processes, teaching management and evaluation system,The thesis falls into seven parts. The first part is the introduction; the second part revealsthe real implication of all-round development of human beings and reviews Marxist theory ofall-round development of human beings in modern China; the third part discusses the actualbases of all-round development of human beings in China and clarifies the actual conditionsthe can better advance all-round development of human beings; the fourth part discusses theconnection between talent fostering mode and all-round development based on theexploration into the essence of higher education; the fifth part analyzes China's talent fostering mode in order to determine its limitations; the sixth part advances thecounter-measures to improve the existing talent fostering mode so as to facilitate theundergraduates'development; the last part is the conclusion.
