| As a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,the ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as "ideological and political course")undertakes the important task of cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors for the country,and shoulders the mission of cultivating new talents in the era of national rejuvenation.In recent years,the ideological and political education of colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results,which has played an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of college students.As the educators of ideological and political courses,the learning motivation of college students directly affects the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the learning motivation of college students’ ideological and political courses.The ideological and political course aims to help students acquire relevant theoretical knowledge,master scientific methods,and improve their own quality and ideological and moral accomplishment through systematic Marxist education and ideological and political education.The motivation of college students’ ideological and political course learning is a driving force and need to promote students’ learning of ideological and political courses,which triggers and maintains students’ learning behavior,which is mainly manifested in students’ emotional attitude,attention and interest in ideological and political courses.Based on the empirical research such as questionnaire surveys and interviews,this study summarizes the current status quo of college students’ ideological and political learning motivation through survey data,and finds that the power of the times,the importance of the party and the state,In recent years,remarkable results have been achieved in the teaching reform of ideological and political coursesand the endogenous motivation of students based on their own development are the main reasons for students’ sufficient motivation for ideological and political learning,which are mainly manifested in clear learning goals,strong learning interest and active thinking.Students’ lack of learning motivation is mainly manifested in short-sightedness caused by utilitarianism,increased interference factors of learning interest and biased course cognition,including indoctrination teaching methods,lack of school management,problems in assessment and evaluation systems,social customs such as market economy,and social trends such as utilitarianism and hedonism,as well as the influence of internal factors such as college students’ own cognitive misunderstandings in ideological and political courses at the three levels of psychology,thought and behavior.On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of college students’ ideological and political learning motivation,starting from internal factors,guide students to set big aspirations,set up lofty aspirations,and cultivate endogenous motivation from the perspective of students’ needs;Starting from external factors,from the perspective of enriching teaching methods,accelerating teaching reform,and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers;Strengthen teaching management and innovate assessment and evaluation methods;Create a good social environment in three aspects,and propose measures to improve learning motivation. |
