Teachers are the direct perpetrators for achieving "05 plan" education reform goals,expressers of guiding students’ ideology and truly practical subjects about the integration of curriculum and teaching theory of Ideological and political theory courses. Their behavior is the key to achieve educational goals. Therefore, it is an important research field that constructing a workable evaluation system of teaching effectiveness which is based on the classroom observation and study of effective teaching behavior for ideological and political education theory and practice.It takes the ideological and political theory course teachers’classroom behavior as an observed object and focuses on the study of the evaluation indexes of effective classroom teaching behaviors from behavioral perspective,combing with related theories of Pedagogic and Psychology field in this paper,which is aimed at providing the technical route of classroom observation and evaluation for teachers and education authorities as well as from the theoretical level of ideological and political education to explore effective teaching’ structure and content.In this study, it has utilized literature review, classroom observation, questionnaires survey and comparative law.etc.Firstly, teasing the research about the teaching behavior both here and abroad and the domestic study on the evaluation of ideological and political theory course teaching.Then clarifing the relevant concepts such as effective teaching, Classroom Teaching Behavior,etc and explaining the necessity of this research.Secondly, through in-depth classroom observation, analyzing the classroom teaching behavioral’s differences between the high performance and the relatively inefficient about ideological and political theory courses teaching; summing up the effective characteristics of various types of teaching behaviors.Thirdly, constructing preliminary evaluation index system based on the effective characteristics of various behavior of empirical research;screening the indexes through questionnaires survey;determining the index weight;and ultimately establishing the Ideological and Political Theory Course classroom teaching behavior’s evaluation index system.Finally, proposing the strategies which can make the evaluation index system play a better role in value orientation from the teachers’ implicit quality angle.
