| In recent years,the classroom problems of junior high school students have become one of the focus of classroom problems studied by experts and scholars at home and abroad.The reason is that the life stage of junior high school students is a special period in life.Both study and life have just entered a new stage of development.It is easy to argue with parents,teachers and classmates.In the face of the complex classroom problem behavior of different students in this special period,we must pay necessary attention to it and find reasonable solutions.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,combined with their own education and teaching experience,this paper further explores the present situation of junior high school students’ classroom problem behavior,selects the junior high school students in H school in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City as the research object.It is hoped that the measures can provide useful inspiration and help to the junior middle school teachers who work in the front line to solve the classroom problem behavior of the students in the classroom.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research significance,the related research literature review,the research thought and the method.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire survey and analysis of H junior high school in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,this paper summarizes the performance of students’ classroom problem behavior in H junior high school in Jiangyan District.Then there is the cause analysis of classroom problem behavior.Through the expression of different forms,this paper explores and analyzes the specific reasons behind the existing problems,and adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and practical classroom case analysis,which has three major influencing factors: students,teachers and environment.Finally,this paper explores the management strategies of classroom problems,and puts forward corresponding measures for students,teachers and environment.To study and explore the classroom problem behavior of junior high school students not only has an impact on teachers in management education and teaching,but also has the greatest significance for the long-term sustainable development of students.More conducive to the school for students to create a healthy and happy growth environment. |
