Classroom is the main place for teachers to carry out teaching and students to study. Students ' problem behaviors in class, have an impact on students themselves, others and teachers. Due to the dynamic causes of classroom behavior problems arise, how to deal with such problems has always been educators to study.This study synthesizes all kinds of documents and materials, and made clear the existing research results. Based on the abundant literature, the questionnaire and interview outline of the teachers and students of the senior middle school students' classroom problem behaviors were established, and the investigation and study of the teachers and students in Zhaoqing G middle school were made.A detailed analysis was made on the recycling questionnaire with statistical tools. The content of the analysis includes the performance characteristics of the students' classroom problem behaviors, the reasons and the current situation of the teachers' coping. On the basis of this, the teachers' strategies are discussed.Main conclusions of this study are:Firstly, students in the classroom have the main problem of playing mobile phones and lying on the bed to sleep, trance, etc;Secondly, teachers and students are not satisfied with the effect of teacher management;Thirdly, the mobile phone and the Internet are more and more influenced by the students;Fourthly, young teachers' job burnout is more serious, education means and management methods need to be improved;Fifthly, should be to reduce classroom behavior problems from three aspects of optimizing the environment, improve teachers' classroom management ability and level, enhance the students' self control and management ability.
