Our country and The Communist Party attach great importance to the development of vocational education.Naturally,the teaching effect of secondary vocational education has also attracted much attention.However,through observation,it is found that there are many classroom problem behaviors in the classroom of secondary vocational schools,which seriously affect the normal development of teachers’ teaching activities and greatly reduce the teaching effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the classroom problem behaviors and its causes and then put forward coping strategies to improve the teaching level of secondary vocational schools and thus promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,humanistic teaching theory,and Weiner’s attribution theory,this study took secondary vocational school students’ classroom problem behavior as the research object and conducted relevant surveys on secondary vocational school students in Qingdao,using the literature method,questionnaire method,classroom observation method,and interview method.It is expected to find the specific performance and characteristics of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school students through questionnaire survey and classroom field observation,and then analyze its causes,and provide efficient and feasible coping strategies for secondary vocational school teachers.The study shows that the classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school students has the characteristics of universality,diversity,difference,susceptibility,persistence,and regionality.This study deeply analyzed the causes of classroom problem behavior from the perspective of vocational school students,who are the research subject.The factors mainly include secondary vocational school students’ psychological needs of respect and love which are not met,serious psychological deviations such as inferiority complex,learning barriers caused by weak learning foundation,insufficient learning motivation,and lack of learning methods.In addition,the study analyzed other causes of classroom problem behavior such as the negative impact of complex social environment and family environment.According to the above causes,the corresponding coping strategies are put forward,which include correcting the psychological deviation of secondary vocational school students,cultivating the learning adaptability of them,and optimizing the environment construction. |
