With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of the process of education informatization,the construction of teacher informatization teaching ability has become a major project of teacher education reform in the information age,and it is also an important content of teacher professional development.There are now a large number of articles formulating promotion strategies based on the problems in the development of teacher informatization teaching ability,which have certain guiding significance for the promotion of teachers’ ability,but the strategies are mainly aimed at teachers of all subjects and are universal and general.Many studies have shown that there are significant differences in the informatization teaching ability of teachers of different subjects.Therefore,it is of great significance to put forward subject-oriented teachers’ informatization teaching ability improvement strategies based on the existing problems and subject needs of teachers in different subjects.This research is based on teacher professional development theory,TPACK theory,and teacher knowledge structure theory,combined with the framework of "Information Technology Application Ability Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers",select S middle school teachers as the survey object,and analyze their information teaching ability.Because these teachers involve most of the subject types in the middle school stage,they can represent the information teaching ability level of teachers of different subjects to a certain extent.The research uses questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method,and interview method to investigate the teachers ’informatization teaching ability.It is found that they have weak subject informatization teaching awareness,lack of professional development awareness,insufficient mastery of subject technology tools,insufficient use of subject teaching resources,and information Low enthusiasm for participation in chemical training.The research also used interviews and questionnaires to understand the needs and suggestions of various teachers for the improvement of informatization teaching ability,and found that most subject teachers put forward suggestions that hope to provide rich teaching resources,strengthen technical guidance,and provide excellent teaching cases.Faced with the gap between the above-mentioned teachers’ informatization teaching ability and standard requirements and the teachers’ own demand for the enhancement of informatization teaching ability,the research puts forward a subject-oriented teacher informatization teaching ability improvement strategy from the theoretical and application levels.Subject-oriented theoretical improvement level:improve teachers’ awareness of subject informatization teaching,and improve subject teaching knowledge of integrated technology.Subject-oriented application promotion level: implement technology stratification to meet subject differences;enrich subject resources and improve resource utilization;strengthen subject integration and focus on application enhancement;carry out after-school reflection to promote professional development;design incentive mechanisms to promote teacher participation.At the end of the study,three subject teachers were selected to conduct a practical effect study,hoping to provide reference for cultivating the informatization teaching ability of teachers in different subjects in the future.
