Preschool education students are future preschool teachers,and their information-based teaching ability has an important influence on the quality of education in our country.Especially for the minority areas,the informatization teaching ability of preschool education students is the key ability to improve the quality of preschool education.Therefore,this study studies the current situation of informatization teaching ability of preschool education major normal university students in minority provinces,so as to improve the informatization teaching ability of preschool education major normal university students and make them meet the requirements of high-quality development of preschool education for preschool education major normal university students.Based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,constructivism learning theory,information technology and curriculum integration theory,this study combs relevant literature on information-based teaching ability,clarifies related concepts of information-based teaching ability,and clarifies requirements for information-based teaching ability under high-quality development of preschool education in ethnic minority areas.Taking preschool education major students of Q University as the research object,questionnaire survey and interview method were adopted to investigate the status quo of information-based teaching ability from five dimensions: awareness and attitude of information-based teaching,information-based teaching design ability,information-based teaching tools and equipment application ability,information-based teaching implementation ability,information-based teaching evaluation ability.The survey results show that: The information-based teaching ability of preschool education students in normal university is generally at an average level.Through the difference analysis of different demographic variables,it is found that normal university students have no significant difference in different gender.There is no significant difference in the implementation ability of information-based teaching of normal university students in different grades,but there are significant differences in the other four dimensions.Through the analysis of the current investigation results,the author further explores the problems existing in the informatization teaching ability of teachers specialized in preschool education: they have a certain awareness and attitude of informatization teaching,but the consciousness of independent learning needs to be enhanced;Have a certain ability of teaching design,but the design content is not innovative;Teaching equipment is not proficient,teaching software is not proficient enough;The overall implementation of teaching ability is weak;The ability of information-based teaching evaluation is deficient and the evaluation method is simple.The causes of the problems are summarized as talent training methods and students.The reasons of talent training methods include insufficient attention to the status quo of preschool education in ethnic minority areas in the curriculum,unreasonable curriculum Settings,imperfect informatization teaching infrastructure,weak practical training links,unitary teaching methods,and lack of diversification of informatization teaching ability evaluation.The reasons of students include the lack of understanding of the importance of information-based teaching ability and the low enthusiasm to participate in teaching practice.Therefore,it is proposed that schools should define the goal of ability training,strengthen practical training,set up courses scientifically,optimize the information teaching environment,improve teaching methods,and establish a sound ability evaluation system from the level of talent training methods.From the perspective of students,it is suggested that students should realize the importance of information-based teaching ability and enhance practical training.
