On April 13,2018,the Ministry of Education issued the action plan of educational informatization 2.0,which points out that by 2022,the national educational informatization will basically achieve the development goal of "three complete,two high and one big".It is clearly proposed that primary and secondary school teachers achieve "two highs" in the field of educational informatization,that is,the application level of teachers' informatization and the information literacy of teachers and students have been generally improved.In this context,the information application ability level including the information literacy of teachers is particularly important,which has also become an important assessment index to measure whether primary and secondary school teachers are competent for this historical mission.Under the background of "educational informatization 2.0",the purpose of this study is to compile the questionnaire of junior middle school mathematics teachers' informatization application ability based on the overall framework of five dimensions of "standards of primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability(Trial)",combined with the new goals and requirements of "educational informatization 2.0 plan",so as to improve the level of junior middle school mathematics teachers' informatization application ability in Chongqing B District Line evaluation,targeted to find out the gap between junior high school mathematics teachers and the requirements of national and local relevant policy documents,and put forward the corresponding improvement and optimization suggestions to adapt to the localization of the research results.In the content of the survey,three middle school mathematics teachers of the same level in B District of Chongqing were selected as the research objects.In the method of survey,questionnaire survey was the main method,interview and case study were the auxiliary.Through data analysis and research,it is found that the information technology application ability level of junior middle school mathematics teachers in B District of Chongqing is lower than the middle level as a whole,theinformation literacy of teachers is not high and the information application awareness and means are limited.Finally,it is proposed to establish a hierarchical and branch training mechanism to train and improve the information application ability of teachers led by the construction of information "famous teacher studio" Promotion strategy suggestions.
