This study takes the high school students of J school in w City as an example,starting from four aspects: Teachers’ factors,students’ factors,family factors and curriculum resources,and consulting the current research situation at home and abroad of the factors affecting students’ performance.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and observation,this paper analyzes the performance data of high school students of all grades and the students’ performance This paper analyzes the evaluation data,analyzes the factors that affect the performance of high school students,in order to provide some practical reference for the improvement of high school teachers’ teaching and students’ learning situation,as well as the policy-making of government departments.Through the preliminary study,the following conclusions are drawn:From the perspective of teachers,1.Thinking is the core of teachers’ teaching process.Compared with ordinary teaching methods,if teachers adopt thinking teaching method,it is more conducive to improve students’ learning effect of Chinese subject.2.Based on the analysis of the mathematics scores of the four examinations from 2018 to2019,we can see that the positive impact of consulting class and teaching management style on students’ mathematics scores is greater in the initial stage,and the positive impact of consulting management on students’ scores tends to weaken with the passage of time.In other words,the positive effect of consulting teaching management style on students is better than that of group participation and consulting mixed teaching management style,but with the passage of time,the optimization effect of this positive effect tends to weaken.From the perspective of students,further analysis of the impact of gender on students’ academic performance,we find that: 1.Overall,the performance of girls in grade one and grade two of senior high school is higher than that of boys.In senior high school,boys and girls show different performance differences in the test of Chinese and mathematics.Female students have great advantages in language learning.In mathematics,there is no significant difference between male and female students.2.There are significant differences in the entrance scores of students from different graduation schools in the fall semester of 2018.Therefore,different graduation schools(specifically,whether they graduated from school J)will have an important impact on the entrance performance of high school students.3.The different grades of students’ self-evaluation will not have a significant impact on students’ performance.From the perspective of family education,1.Parents’ words and deeds have a certain impact on students’ performance.There is an inverted U-shaped curve between income level and students’ education.2.Parents’ values have an impact on students’ performance,and parents with higher education background can usually provide better growth environment for their children.From the perspective of curriculum resources,there are differences in the scores of students in class 1 and class 1 of 2017 in different subjects at the same stage,especially arts and science: for example,class 1 shows a trend of strong science and weak arts.2."Secondary development" curriculum resources can not only improve students’ academic performance,but also enhance students’ interest in learning and improve their learning methods.
