Homework is an important part of the curriculum,and homework design is a key part of homework implementation.At present,the research on homework design tends to be the study of the principles and concepts of homework design,and less attention is paid to how to evaluate the quality of homework design.The research on evaluating the quality of homework design can provide evaluation criteria and guidance basis for homework design,which is of great value for improving the quality of homework design.Under the background of"double reduction",the research focuses on the teaching of mathematics,and constructs an evaluation model for homework design for newly taught mathematics concept classes in junior high school,so as to help improve the quality of homework design.The evaluation model is a mathematical model with the evaluation index as the variable.The research questions are:(1)How to determine an evaluation index system for the design of homework for new classes of mathematics concepts in junior high school?(2)How to construct an evaluation model for the design of homework for new classes of mathematics concepts in junior high school?Based on the research questions,firstly,this study collected and organized homework related literature,and preliminarily constructed an evaluation index system for homework design for newly taught mathematics concept classes in junior high school.Since then,two rounds of consultation have been conducted with 20 experts,using the Delphi method.The study modifies the indicators based on expert feedback and determines the final evaluation index system.Then,the judgment opinions of 10 experts on the weights of each indicator were collected,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze and calculate the weights of indicators at all levels,so as to construct an evaluation model.Finally,the scorer reliability and content validity are used as the test indicators to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation model.The main conclusions of the study conclude:(1)The evaluation index system has three first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators.The first-level indicators include three dimensions:"normative","functional"and"innovative".The"normative"indicator includes four secondary indicators:"homework objectives","textual representation","arrangement"and"number of homework".The"functional"index includes three secondary indicators:"foundation consolidation","application deepening"and"expansion and extension".The"innovative"indicator includes three secondary indicators:"problem situation","homework format"and"homework stratification".(2)The constructed evaluation model is represented by the following formula,where S represents the total score for the homework design of new teaching of mathematics concepts in junior high school,and Ai(i=1,2,3,4)Bj(j=1,2,3)Ck(k=1,2,3)represent the scores of each second-level index.S=0.12A1+0.07A2+0.07A3+0.04A4+0.15B1+0.13B2+0.11B3+0.11C1+0.07C2+0.13C3The research process was discussed and suggestions were made from three aspects.(1)Reference suggestions for the evaluation index system:Some indicators can not only be used for the evaluation of homework design for new teaching of mathematical concepts,but also apply to other disciplines and different types of homework.(2)Suggestions for the use of evaluation model:The use of the evaluation model can be implemented from four steps:clarifying the connotation of evaluation indicators,preliminary analysis of homework,scoring against the index system,and empowering to calculate the total evaluation score.(3)Suggestions for the design of mathematics homework:According to the model data and expert opinions,the homework design of the new teaching of junior high school mathematics concepts can be briefly summarized into four steps:setting homework goals,cleverly setting homework content,seeking homework innovation and reviewing the standardization of homework.
