A Study On The Intervention Of College Students Psychological Crisis

Today’s society is developing at a high speed and social competition is fierce.We are facing a lot of pressure all the time.In life,you will always encounter all kinds of difficulties,and everyone will face more and more pressure,which is easy to cause various psychological crises.College students have been studying hard for more than a decade,hoping to display their ideal ambitions through the study life of the university,but also full of hope for the future.However,due to their own limitations and the imbalance of psychological and physical development,when students face crisis events,the familiar method is not effective,and they do not know how to solve the problems encountered.The original psychological balance is broken,psychological crisis appear.Despite the development of psychological crisis intervention in colleges and universities in China for more than a decade or two since the beginning of the new century,most of the theoretical basis is still to copy the experience of the West.The localization of domestic college students is seriously inadequate,and there is not enough attention has been paid to early warning and intervention of crises.Students in colleges and universities have failed to enter their ideal universities because of their relatively poor academic performance in high school,and their qualities are relatively poor.Their career development has a lower starting point,more setbacks are encountered,so they are more likely to occur psychological problems and even psychological crisis.This article takes Three colleges in Fuzhou as the research object,uses emergency management theory and crisis intervention theory as the theoretical basis,through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,which to describes the current situation of psychological crisis intervention in the Colleges in Fuzhou,and analyzes the problems and causes of the psychological crisis intervention at the current school.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of the system construction of psychological intervention system in Colleges and universities,the publicity of psychological crisis knowledge,the cultivation of awareness,the participation of professionals and so on.In view of these problems and causes,the scheme formulated in this paper mainly includes specific measures and suggestions,such as perfecting the student psychological crisis intervention system,improving the level of management team,paying attention to the daily prevention of student psychological crisis,and establishing multi-party linkage mechanisms such as family school social institutions.It is hoped that this paper can play a certain reference role in improving the psychological crisis intervention system of college students,and provide college students with some treatment methods in the face of psychological crisis,so as to improve students’ tolerance in the face of psychological crisis and promote students’ physical and mental health development.
