The COVID-19,which lasted for three years,had a huge impact on the college students.Compared with the situation before the epidemic,college students are facing more pressure and are prone to psychological crisis.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the performance and causes of college students’ psychological crisis under the epidemic situation and propose targeted intervention strategies for building a complete psychological crisis intervention system and promoting the development of college students’ physical and mental health.This study uses questionnaire survey and literature analysis as research methods to discuss the impact of the epidemic on college students and the potential factors that may lead to psychological crisis of college students during the normalization period of the epidemic;This study analyzes these problems from the four dimensions of cognition,emotion,behavior and mentality,and explores the causes of psychological crisis among college students;From the social,college,family and individual levels,we will explore solutions and propose intervention strategies.During the epidemic period,the reasons for the psychological crisis of college students are complex,requiring diversified psychological crisis intervention forces and a complete intervention system.When carrying out crisis intervention on college students,colleges and universities should bear the responsibility of intervention,but at the same time,they should also pay attention to the status of family and society in the process of intervention.Avoiding the simplification of intervention subjects is the key to solving the psychological crisis of college students.
