Exploration And Research Of College Students’Psychological Crisis

As a special group, college students always get much concerns of the community. In recent years, the types of events that caused the machine due to college students’ psychological crisis one after another, which make people be worried about the mental health of the college students. Besides, as a branch of the university crisis management, College Students’Psychological Crisis is getting more and more attention.In this paper, taking college students’psychological crisis intervention and early warning as the research object, and on the basis of learning and referencing crisis intervention research results at home and abroad, combining with China’s national conditions and the status quo on the university students’ psychological crisis intervention system and early warning system to construct the path for the research and exploration, we carry on the analysis of college students’ mental crisis from the different angles of view. The first chapter introduces the domestic and foreign research dynamic. The second chapter tells the differences between the mental health and psychological crisis with analysis of the mental health evaluation criteria, from the theoretical analysis of the various elements of psychological crisis. The third chapter, taking college students’ mental crisis as the main body, we analysis the current characteristics and types of college students’psychological crisis and the causes of college students’ mental crisis. The fourth chapter, in view of psychological crisis intervention, we put forward the principles and steps of crisis intervention and model, which is proposed to construct individual, family, school and society crisis intervention system. The fifth chapter, on how to prevent the occurrence of psychological crisis, and how to create a crisis early warning mechanism, we build the early warning system of ecological from the individual, family, school and society and so on. This paper throughout the main line of a similar ecosystem, and combine with the psychological crisis from intervention to early warning with strong logic. Finally, we take two campus psychological crisis as the examples of intervention and prevention instance, which we hope that can improve the university students’ psychological crisis management.
