Research On The Application Of The Principle Of The Unity Of Indoctrination And Inspiration In The Teaching Of Politics And Rule Of Law

The principle of the unity of indoctrination and inspiration means that in the teaching process,teachers should combine knowledge indoctrination with inspiration and guidance,so that students can establish good values and improve their self-study ability on the basis of mastering theoretical knowledge.Indoctrination and inspiration,as important principles of ideological and political teaching in senior high schools,are closely related to teachers’ comprehensive teaching quality.However,in the actual teaching process,many teachers only pay attention to indoctrination teaching or excessively use heuristic teaching,ignoring the important role of the unity of the two,resulting in poor overall teaching effect of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,thus affecting the cultivation of students’ core literacy.Therefore,this paper hopes to study the principle of the unity of indoctrination and inspiration,so as to improve its effect in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",and then put forward some suggestions for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Taking the use of the new teaching material system as the background,this paper takes the principle of indoctrination and inspiration as the research object,analyzes the significance of the research on the principle of indoctrination and inspiration for the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",and holds that: Students’ correct political stand,students’ subjective consciousness,teachers’ professional teaching level and the improvement of the teaching effectiveness of "Politics and the Rule of Law" require the application of the principle of indoctrination and inspiration.Therefore,this paper mainly uses classroom observation and questionnaire to study the application of the principle of the unity of indoctrination and inspiration in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",and draws the following four conclusions: First,the application of the principle of the unity of indoctrination and inspiration can cultivate students’ political learning ability and improve their interest;Second,the situation of one-sided emphasis on indoctrination and neglect of inspiration is still grim;Third,paying too much attention to inspiration and weakening indoctrination sometimes happen;Fourth,the unity of indoctrination and inspiration becomes a mere formality,which needs to be solved urgently.On this basis,the paper analyzes the reasons that hinder the positive function of the unity principle of indoctrination and inspiration in the teaching of Politics and the Rule of law.It is pointed out that the negative influence of the traditional exam-oriented education mode,the improvement of teachers’ ability and accomplishment,the deviation of teachers’ cognitive concept and the improper attitude of students towards political learning lead to the problems of the unity principle of indoctrination and inspiration in the teaching of Politics and the Rule of law,which affects the teaching effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward specific optimization measures that not only conform to the characteristics of "Politics and the Rule of Law" textbook,but also conform to the principle of the unity of indoctrination and inspiration: first,update teachers’ teaching ideas;The second is to improve teachers’ professional quality;Third,optimize teaching resources;Fourth,improve teaching methods;Fifth,improve the teaching evaluation system.
