| With the deepening of the aging of the rural population in China,how to actively respond to the aging,solve the problem of support for the elderly in rural areas,and relieve the pressure of population aging has become a hot topic of current social concern.Under the background of China’s aging of "getting old before getting rich",as an important old-age model in rural areas,rural mutual-aid care has played an active role in reducing the burden of the needs of old-age services,improving the quality of life of the elderly,and improving the old-age service system.However,due to the heterogeneity of the rural elderly population in various regions of China,and the differences in policies between regions,the development dilemmas and problems of the rural mutual-aid model have gradually emerged.The sustainable development of this model has also become an important concern of the academic community.As an organizational form of the rural mutual-aid model,the mutual aid organization can promote the sustainable development of the rural mutual-aid model to a certain extent,and change the current development status of the model.Through the practical investigation,it found that the development of mutual assistance organizations for the elderly in rural areas is not mature enough,and there are problems such as insufficient service capabilities,which are difficult to meet the growing demand for diversified elderly care services in rural areas.Therefore,this paper takes the rural mutual-aid organization as the research object,from the professional perspective of social work.Focus on exploring the development status of the mutual aid organization in F village and what problems and needs exist? How to use the professional advantages of social work to intervene in the service capacity building of rural mutual aid organizations,and improve the service capacity and level of the mutual-aid organizations? And through the participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method,it analyzes the development status and needs of the mutual aid organization for the elderly in F village.Guided by Empowerment Theory and Social Learning Theory,and use the method of group work to carry out service research with the goal of improving the service ability of the mutual aid organization for the elderly in F village.The group work mainly focuses on the design of service content at three levels: "service subject awareness","service knowledge and skills",and "service development power",focusing on strengthening subject consciousness and service concept,increasing service knowledge and developing service skills,participating in the integration and acquisition of service resources to carry out service capacity building.Improved the service ability and level of the mutual aid organization in F village.And finally evaluated the service effectiveness of the group through process evaluation and result evaluation methods.The research results show that the group work guided by empowerment theory and social learning theory has obvious effects in intervening in the service capacity building of rural mutual-aid organizations.This paper finally summarizes and reflects on the practical process of the group’s work,and tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the service capacity of rural mutual-aid organizations for the elderly. |
