Study On The Relationship Of Trust Between College Counselors And Students Under The Vision Of Setting High Moral Values And Cultivating Person

School is the main position to Set High Moral Values and Cultivating Person,and college counselors and students are the two main bodies of Ideological and political education.The educational task of Setting High Moral Values and Cultivating Person is the bridge and bond of the trust relationship between counselors and students,and the relationship of trust between them is the guarantee of the realization of the goal of Setting High Moral Values and Cultivating Person.Therefore,the successful completion of Ideological and political education and the cultivation of high-quality creative talents are closely related to the establishment of trust between counselors and students.In educational practice,college counselors and students,who are deeply influenced by many internal and external factors,form a stable and lasting relationship of trust based on value identification,education management and service activities,and interpersonal interaction,it has laid a foundation for the further development of education in colleges and universities.The reality investigation shows that the current counselors and students have some understanding of the importance of establishing a trust relationship,and they all show a basic attitude of trust towards each other,but many counselors and students in the trust each other on the existence of “Trust hesitation” problem.This is closely related to the negative influence of the social ideological environment,the lack of a strong cultural atmosphere of trust in schools,the insufficient development of counselors and students,and the unsatisfactory interaction between counselors and students.To establish stable and good trust relationship is not only the aspiration of counselors and students,but also the important foundation to realize the educational goal of Setting High Moral Values and Cultivating Person.Therefore,the establishment of a good relationship of trust can be promoted by improving the professionalization of the counselor team,strengthening the liberal education of the student body,enhancing interaction between the two sides,and optimizing the external environment of the relationship of trust,so as to enhance the effectiveness of Setting High Moral Values and Cultivating Person.
