Qualitative Research On The Trust Relationship Between College Counselors And Freshmen

Counselors are an important part of University teachers,and freshmen are the most noteworthy group of students in universities.Counselors are the teachers who have the most contacts and contacts with college students on campus.They act as the backbone of Ideological and political education for college students and are the life tutors of College freshmen.College students' moral education,psychological counseling,employment planning,incentives and subsidies are closely related to counselors.The construction of trust relationship between teachers and students will affect the work of counselors,provide the basis for counselors to carry out ideological and political work for students,and provide motivation for college students to actively seek counselors to answer questions and questions.Counselors have rich knowledge,experience and ability relative to college students.They are familiar with resources conducive to the development of all aspects of freshmen,and are active in building trust relationship.With the expansion of College enrollment,colleges and universities are also expanding their own team of counselors.Developing the trust between teachers and students in Ideological and political education among students can greatly reduce the emergence of uneasy factors in Colleges and universities.This paper takes Shanghai S University as a case study,takes four counselors as the research object,constructs an analytical framework from the theoretical and practical perspectives,uses qualitative research methods,observes and interviews the research objects,collects all the data needed by the research institute,and finds out the counselors' awareness of building trust relationship with freshmen,the problems and causes of trust relationship.Finally,according to the problems put forward countermeasures.Through observation and research,the following problems are found in the trust relationship between Counselors and freshmen:(1)the enthusiasm of counselors in building trust relationship is slightly lacking;(2)the existence of utilitarian interaction between Counselors and students;(3)the consciousness of building trust relationship with students is slightly lax;(4)the moral quality of counselors in trust relationship is insufficient;(5)trust relationship.The basic ability of counselors in the Department is insufficient.Finally,the author tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the school and counselors.Schools: strengthen the construction of campus culture,improve the understanding of the value of trust among teachers and students;pay attention to the construction of counselors team,pay attention to the overall quality and comprehensive quality of counselors;optimize the incentive and evaluation policies,improve the initiative of counselors to build trust relationship.Counselors from the moral quality of counselors and counselors vocational and technical ability to discuss.
