Practical Exploration And Path Optimization Research On Street Social Work Stations Participating In Community Governance From An Embedded Perspectiv

The extensive construction of street social work stations has enabled social work to take root at the grassroots level.In this context,as a new thing,how to better participate in Community Governance has become a topic of concern for current practitioners and researchers.At present,existing studies have fully discussed the construction and operation status of social work stations,but less attention has been paid to the practice of street social work stations participating in Community Governance.By describing the practical process of social work stations in J Street participating in Community Governance,the study analyzes the practical logic and challenges of social work stations in J Street from the perspective of embedding,and discusses the optimization path of social work stations in J Street,in order to provide theoretical basis and experience for social work stations in J Street to better participate in Community Governance.Research has found that although J Street has developed rich governance practices in recent years,both the demand and supply sides of the community have encountered difficulties.This is manifested in issues such as the weakening of community autonomy functions,insufficient supply of professional services,and weak community organizational strength.The problems and difficulties of Community Governance make the pressure of Community Governance of J Street increasing.After the construction and operation of the social work station of J Street,based on the research and analysis of Community Governance problems,through the exploration of community autonomy pilot,the development of professional social work services,the cultivation of community organization strength and other practices,we will deepen the solution of governance problems faced by the community and relieve the governance pressure.From the perspective of embeddedness,the social work station of J Street presents triple practice logic of "quasi system" embeddedness,"quasi specialty" embeddedness and "quasi resource" embeddedness in the process of participating in Community Governance.Under the above practice logic,street social work stations are gradually embedded into the Community Governance system.However,due to the interference of administrative affairs,the lack of professional skills and the weak ability to link resources,there is still more room for optimization in the practice of embedding street social workers in Community Governance.The research believes that street social work stations should be embedded not only in the original Community Governance system,but also in the context of the community context.As far as embedding into the original Community Governance system is concerned,the research believes that on the one hand,street social work stations need to actively maintain their "quasi system" identity,so as to enhance relationship embedding,and on the other hand,they also need to actively improve "professional" technology to enhance professional embedding.In terms of embedding the context of community context,research suggests that street social work stations can enhance resource embedding by building a resource ecosystem that is connected internally and externally;Strengthen emotional embedding by establishing emotional connections with residents and communities;Enhance cultural embeddedness by enhancing one’s own cultural sensitivity and exploring community culture.With the combination of embedded Community Governance system and embedded community context,street social work stations can not only explore a unique local path for social work to participate in Community Governance,but also promote the innovation of Community Governance system.
