| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that by 2035,informatization will be basically achieved,education digitalization will be promoted,and a learning society and a learning-oriented country for lifelong learning will be built."The 14 th Five Year Plan for National Informatization" explicitly proposes to carry out lifelong digital education for the first time,making specific provisions in terms of infrastructure,digital resources,teaching reform,and other aspects,indicating the direction for the development of educational informatization in the new era.As a key development object in China’s "14th Five Year Plan" education program,secondary vocational education is of great significance to the current situation of its informatization development and the construction of China’s education in the new era.How to better carry out education informatization,improve the application effect of information technology in professional teaching,and promote the further development of education informatization has high research value.This paper selects Qingdao X Vocational School as the research object,mainly studying the current situation,problems,reasons,and optimization and improvement strategies of educational informatization in Qingdao X Vocational School.Firstly,the introduction section of the paper introduces the background and significance of this study.The literature review includes the current research status abroad and domestically,and defines the core concepts.At the same time,it introduces the constructivist theory and the concept of smart education as the theoretical basis of this study.The research methods include literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview survey.Secondly,an in-depth statistical investigation was conducted on the basic situation of educational informatization construction in X Vocational School in Qingdao,which specifically involved hardware infrastructure,software resources,talent status,informatization application situation,and planning formulation.At the same time,based on the theoretical foundation of informatization teaching and relevant mature research,effective analysis was conducted on the obtained results,and the achievements of the school in the informatization construction process were summarized.Then,on the basis of the survey results,it is analyzed that the educational informatization construction of X secondary vocational schools in Qingdao has problems such as low utilization rate of equipment,incomplete informatization software resources,uneven information literacy of teachers,inadequate informatization training,and insufficient integration of information technology and education.The main reasons behind the analysis are insufficient attention to the "people" factor in the informatization construction process,and the re construction of educational informatization development Light application,emphasizing technology over integration in the process of integrating education and information technology,and emphasizing progress over cooperation in the top-level design of educational informatization.Finally,according to the problems and causes of education informatization construction in X secondary vocational school in Qingdao,this paper puts forward optimization strategies such as improving teachers’ information literacy,balancing the construction of informatization software and hardware facilities,formulating clear plans,and exploring school enterprise cooperation informatization in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of education informatization construction in the secondary vocational field. |
