The structural contradiction of employment has become increasingly evident in recent years,with the amount of skilled personnel being particularly scarce.In order to ease employment problems,the state has introduced vocational education policies and strengthened support for vocational education.To meet the national demand for vocational school students to develop their professional skills,the state has issued a reform plan of vocational education.To ensure the quality of this education is improved,we must alter the original teaching approach and investigate a suitable teaching technique for vocational school.professional skills courses,promote students’ professional knowledge,skills,quality of the overall promotion.The implementation of "Small Master System" in the professional skill class of secondary vocational school can invigorate the students’ enthusiasm and bolster their capacity for active learning and collaborative effort,thus augmenting their overall aptitude and comprehensive literacy.Employing the literature method,this study initially sorted out the "Small Master System" related research,comprehending and examining the "Small Master System" of classroom teaching studies both domestically and internationally.Subsequently,based on the teaching theory of Mr.Tao Xingzhi’s "Little Gentleman System",the author conducted a single-term practical research on two parallel classes in secondary vocational schools where I teach.The development of small master activities flow is divided into three stages,with students initially familiar with the "Small Master System" teaching flow,able to accept different roles division of labor and participate in classroom learning.However,there are still some students who lack self-confidence and initiative,not actively participating.optimization period,through the situational case teaching,the refinement of the small master evaluation,the evaluation of excellent incentives and other ways to further optimize the “ Small Master System ” of teaching,students’ Learning Initiative and awareness of team cooperation significantly enhanced,skill scores have also improved to a certain extent.Despite this,there remain some issues,such as students’ non-conventional functioning skills and low comprehensive quality.Amidst the ideal era,the competition to foster learning,the introduction of enterprise tutors into the classroom,co-teaching,and ideological and political education into the teaching have all contributed to a certain degree to the enhancement of Students’ abilities,literacy,active learning,and team collaboration.The results demonstrate a strong endorsement of the "Little Master System" teaching,which can enhance the students’ proficiency,as well as their learning initiative.The students’ professional quality and post-competence have been significantly advanced,the teachers’ comprehensive ability has been augmented,and the relationship between teachers and students has been further strengthened. |
