The training of professional teachers in vocational school is the key to the construction of vocational teaching staff,and it is also the key to improving the quality of vocational education.From the National Teacher Training Program hold by Ministry of Education,Local Teacher Training Program,to the School-Based Training,and from the traditional practice mode of enterprise practice,to the professional skills training of dual-qualified teachers,and the inheritance and innovation of teachers' technical skills in scarce fields,,the training for professional skills of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools is valued,and the content and methods of training are continuously being enriched.In recent years,"Internet +,smart travel,non-standard accommodation" is becoming a new engine for the development of China's tourism economy.The hotel industry is one of the important elements of its development.The hotel industry has shown a diversified development trend.How to meet the demands of the development of talents in the industry,constantly improving teachers' professional practice skills and optimizing their practical teaching ability has become a bottleneck problem affecting the professional development of the Hospitality Management and the quality of talent training.This thesis firstly explores “Stereoscopic and Staged” professional practical training model for Hospitality Management teachers in secondary vocational schools,based on teacher professional development theory,lifelong education theory,hygiene-motivational factors theory,PDCA quality management theory,the experience of professional teachers training in vocational schools at home and abroad,and the focus group interviews with the Hospitality Management professional leaders who took part in the leading professional leader training class for Guangxi Secondary Vocational Schools in 2017.Secondly,12 secondary vocational schools in Guangxi are selected as samples for empirical research by questionnaires and interviews designed according to the “Stereoscopic and Staged” professional practical training model.The research is to analyze the causes and problems of Hospitality Management teacher professional practical skills training in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,and tries to propose a strategy.By doing this,to promote teachers' professional practice skills training effectiveness and the construction of Hospitality Management double-qualified teachers.
