Early childhood is a critical period for the formation of behavioral habits and values.In the era of emphasizing labor education,we need to carry out early childhood labor education,because it is in line with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development.Implementing labor education for young children is conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of young children,It is also conducive to connecting labor education at the primary school stage.Early childhood labor education is an important content of kindergarten education and family education.It is the responsibility of kindergartens and families to cooperate in carrying out early childhood labor education,and cooperation between kindergartens and families is also a necessary way to carry out early childhood labor education.In order to better carry out labor education between kindergartens and families,the study used questionnaires,interviews,and other methods to investigate teachers and parents in four kindergartens in N City,Sichuan Province.The survey included teachers’ and parents’ understanding and attitude towards family kindergarten cooperation in early childhood labor education,as well as the frequency,content,form,level,and evaluation of family kindergarten cooperation in early childhood labor education.Through analyzing the existing problems and causes of family kindergarten cooperation in early childhood labor education,This study proposes recommendations to improve cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education.According to the survey results,there are currently the following problems in the cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education:First,teachers and parents have misconceptions about the cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education;Secondly,the frequency of cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education is relatively low;Third,the content of cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education is narrowed;Fourth,there is a single form of cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education;Fifth,the level of cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education is relatively low;Sixth,the evaluation of cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education is incomplete and ineffective.The author summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the problems and believes that the main reasons are as follows: First,the national policy is not clear;Second,the shackles of traditional social culture and concepts;Thirdly,teachers lack the ability to cooperate with parents in early childhood labor education;Fourth,parents have a weak awareness of wanting to carry out early childhood labor education with teachers;Fifth,kindergartens lack the planning and management of cooperating with teachers to carry out early childhood labor education.Based on the analysis of existing problems and their causes,after consulting a large number of documents and materials,and combining theoretical inspiration,this paper proposes suggestions for optimizing the cooperation between families and kindergartens in early childhood labor education: first,strengthen guidance and propaganda,optimize and unify the concepts of families and kindergartens on labor education and cooperation;Secondly,focus on guidance and training to improve the ability of kindergartens and families to carry out early childhood labor education;Third,clarify the main responsibility to establish a cooperative relationship of shared responsibility in early childhood labor education;Fourth,implement the overall plan and build a practical system for families and parents to jointly carry out early childhood labor education;Fifth,improve mechanism construction to ensure the effectiveness of labor education for young children by cooperation between family and kindergarten.
