Labor is an important way to improve people’s core literacy and promote the harmonious development of people in all aspects.Large-class preschool labor education refers to educational activities that are carried out through games,collective activities and other means,throughout the day-to-day life of large-class preschool children,and based on the ability to take care of themselves in life,to improve labor skills such as collective service.Cultivate children in the senior class to establish correct labor concepts and awareness,and develop good labor habits and labor quality such as loving labor,cherishing labor achievements,and respecting working people.Taking Z Kindergarten in Y City as an example,this study analyzes the goal orientation,content,time and condition guarantee,guidance method,evaluation and effectiveness of labor education for large classes in kindergartens.The improvement measures and strategies to promote the all-round development of large-class children,and provide inspiration for the implementation of the five-education simultaneously in kindergartens and the reform of educating people.This paper uses the literature research method to read,organize and analyze the relevant literature,which provides a good theoretical basis for the practical results of the thesis.The questionnaire method and interview method are used to collect relevant information about the labor education of large-class children from teachers and parents,and the observation method is used to observe the large-class labor education.The daily behavior of children and teachers.The research found that the problems of labor education for large class children are as follows:the goal of labor education is unclear:the content of labor education is not rich;the time and conditions of labor education cannot be guaranteed;the guidance of labor education is not effective;the evaluation of labor education is single;the effect of labor education is not obvious.The main reasons for analyzing the problems existing in labor education for large class children are:kindergartens do not pay attention to labor education;lack of implementation mechanism for labor education courses;insufficient development and utilization of labor education resources;teachers’ labor education literacy needs to be improved.In view of these problems,some feasible improvement measures are put forward for the labor education of the large class in Z kindergarten:change the concept of labor education,correctly understand the value implication of labor education;select the content of labor education according to the age characteristics of the large class children;combine the learning characteristics of children,expand labor Educational approach;strengthen teacher training,promote teachers to pay attention to labor education;strengthen family education,guide parents to pay attention to children’s labor education.In this way,we can improve the quality level of labor education for children in large classes and promote the continuous development of children in labor education.
