Many researches have shown that it is of great realistic significance to strengthen close ties among kindergartens, families and communities to build the early children education model and operational system as three-in-one including kindergartens, families and communities. And then it benefits us to add positive joining forces to early children education services.What resources in the Wuchang Kindergarten of Wuhan City can be taken advantages of to serve for early children education of communities? What are the needs of residents about the early children education? What are the problems of the services provided by kindergartens and what are the solutions? Researchers believe that it is crucial for us to make a survey either from the theoretical aspect or from the practical aspect.On the basis of the research of scholars at home and abroad, this study surveys 11 communities in Wuchang District including 110 parent samples, 24 kindergartens, 48 principal (teachers). The data is collected and analyzed by interviews, questionnaires and literature search.The present circumstances of the services of early children education in the community offered by the Wuchang Kindergarten is followed as below:Firstly, the level of services in early children education depends on its manpower, material resources, financial resources, etc.Secondly, Kindergartens in the community have not utilized the strength of professional resources to meet the needs of early children education.Thirdly, the kindergarten lacks of professional kindergarteners in terms of early children education.The researcher believes that it is necessary to set up community service networks of early children education in the current social environment and conditions. The more ideal model is based on the reality of the region, following the 0-3 year-old infant's physical and mental laws, and through the development and integration of family education resources, community education and pre-school education sector resource. This model pre-orients the preschool education sector, taking family as the carrier and based on the community to carry out a variety of family education guidance. Thus, it can promote a comprehensive, healthy, and adequate development of 0-3 infants and young children as well as the promotion of infant and child caregivers and parents' scientific child-care level. On this basis, in order to shape a model of early children community service network in which the community for children is the kindergarten, early children community service is the basis, family-service is the terminals. The executive decision-making branch, the relevant department of management ,and the early kindergartens and children community organizations will operate three-layer interaction in order to carry out the service activities, training activities, open, participatory activities, educational activities, speculative activities and other activities for children in early service platform, thus to construct a Kindergarten, families, communities three-in-one model community of early children education. Eventually, we can establish a great management system suitable for the socialist market economic system. And thus we will gradually form a good social environment where government attaches importance to the Education Department, all relevant departments participate actively, social parties concern to support early childhood education.To build the ideal model of early children education, the researchers made the following recommendations:Firstly, the agencies for early children education in community should be supported by the government.Secondly, the "integration of baby-keeping, nursing, child health and education " should be based on the communities.Thirdly, the community residents should be cultured aiming at realizing the importance of early children education.Fourthly, it pays to develop the teams of early children education of community.Finally, we should be aware of raising the general level of early children education in community within scheduled programs.
