| The labor education concept and labor education content formed by the interaction between family and kindergarten have a non-negligible impact on the development of children’s labor literacy,but in the actual labor education home cooperation,there are problems such as parents’ labor education concept deviation and single form of home cooperation that need to be solved urgently.How to solve the problem of home cooperation in early childhood labor education,how to create a perfect implementation plan for early childhood labor education home cooperation,and how to ensure the smooth development of early childhood labor education home cooperation are the key issues of this study.In this study,children in the third class of Chengdu X Kindergarten,parents and teachers of the children were the research subjects,and a three-month action study was carried out according to the action steps of plan-action-reflection-adjustment.The researchers first investigated the current situation of labor education home cooperation and the current situation of children’s labor literacy in middle and third classes through questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method,and the results showed that in the labor education home cooperation,there were problems such as parents and teachers’ concept deviation,negative attitude,lack of home cooperation effect,and home cooperation at a medium and low level.Based on this,the research team negotiated to carry out the first round of action research,that is,to update the concept of the subject and reach a consensus on cooperation.This round of action research was carried out in the form of home-owned(refueling)labor publications and We Chat group data push activities.After the implementation of the activity,most parents paid more attention to early childhood labor education,clarified their responsibilities in early childhood education,and teachers clarified the goals and content of labor education.However,there are also problems such as the neglect of labor education by individual parents.Based on the reflection of the previous round,the research team negotiated to carry out the second round of action research,that is,to carry out activity demonstrations and update the effectiveness of cooperation.This round of research was carried out in the form of Tencent meetings,parent salons and roundtable chats.After the implementation of the activity,parents more affirmed the value of labor education and home cooperation,clarified the content of labor education,mastered the methods of labor education,clarified the reasons and solution strategies for the formation of children’s labor duplicity,increased satisfaction with the time and space of home cooperation,strengthened labor education guidance for parents,and improved the level of home cooperation.Based on the reflection of the previous round,the research team negotiated to carry out the third round of action research,that is,to enhance the event experience and strengthen the partnership.This round of research was carried out in the form of parent coaching and parent-child activities.After the implementation of the activity,parents have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of teachers’ work,can better appreciate the difficulties of teachers,teachers and parents have established trust,and parents’ satisfaction with the form of home cooperation has increased.Based on the results of the three rounds of action research,the researchers summarized the results and results of the study.Research results: Homestead cooperation in early childhood labor education has been optimized,and children’s labor literacy has been improved.Specifically,it includes: first,the concept of parents and teachers in the cooperation of early childhood labor education homes tends to be scientific,second,parents and teachers in the cooperation of early childhood labor education homes are proactive,third,the cooperation effect of early childhood labor education homes is improved,and fourth,the cooperation of early childhood labor education homes is at a high level.The research results include: First,rationally understand the main position of young children in the cooperation of labor education and homes.Second,re-understand the responsibilities of parents and teachers in the cooperation of labor education homes.Third,correctly understand the significance of cooperation in carrying out early childhood labor education in the homeland.Fourth,the temporal and spatial adjustment strategy of homeland cooperation.Fifth,communication media optimization strategy in homeland cooperation.Sixth,the optimization strategy of the homeland cooperation method. |
