In recent years,in order to meet the economic and social demand for skilled accounting talents,secondary vocational schools constantly adjusted to improve the talent training scheme for students majoring in accounting,pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ speaking skills,and on the basis of the original added a lot of accounting training course,but most of the time did not achieve the desired training teaching effect,the reason is various,Among them,the choice of accounting practice teaching method is an important reason.After the author’s extensive research including the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,to understand current accounting practice continue to use the traditional teaching mode of secondary vocational school has certain drawbacks,and situational teaching method has the characteristics of combining know affection,can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and lively teaching situation conforms to the secondary vocational student’s psychological characteristics and requirements of training courses.This paper takes the practical accounting training teaching and situational teaching method in secondary vocational schools as the main line of research.The specific research contents are as follows:The introduction mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,defines the relevant core concepts in the paper,summarizes and sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literature collected,and finally sorts out the research ideas and methods of the paper.First chapter combined with secondary vocational school of accounting professional training goal and talent training specifications as well as the secondary vocational school of accounting professionals in the professional requirements,at the same time,combining with the secondary vocational school of accounting practice teaching requirements and teaching contents,emphasis on detailed demonstrated in secondary vocational schools in accounting practice teaching the importance and feasibility of situational teaching method.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of accounting training teaching in secondary vocational schools through the questionnaire survey of students majoring in accounting and the field interview of front-line teachers.The third chapter mainly introduces the application process of situational teaching method in the practical training of accounting major in secondary vocational schools step by step through the form of typical cases.Firstly,this paper introduces the teaching preparation and implementation process of situational teaching method in accounting practical training course,and then discusses how to carry out situational teaching in accounting practical training teaching in secondary vocational schools by combining theory with practice and adopting teaching cases,and analyzes the application situation.The results show that the situational teaching method can create a practical training environment close to the real accounting positions in enterprises,and create an immersive teaching atmosphere.The teachers and students explore problems together,which is conducive to the formation of a good new teacher-student relationship.It has been proved by practice that situational teaching method is an effective teaching method,which is helpful to improve the teaching effect of accounting practice training and to improve the professional skill level and comprehensive competitiveness of secondary vocational students.
