With the development of society and economic,more and more attention is focused on the family-school co-education from the government to a person.Many specialists and scholarships are doing their researches on family-school co-education more profoundly,and also schools and kindergartens are practicing the idea of family-school co-education in their daily teaching and education,which presents a trend that family-education and school-education should work together.China has great popularity though it has great area,meanwhile,agricultural popularity takes up most of the amount.Therefore,the quality of education from rural family directly influences the whole.Primary students are growing both in physical and mental,and also family-education and school-education play a significant role on shaping primary students’ view of life and value.Therefore,as the ideas of education are various,the quality of education can be directly influenced by the power and direction of family-school so-education.Only the division of the labour is clearly cut and make a concerted effort to work,the cooperation can be the most optimized.For discussing the necessity of the family-school co-education,based on the practice and the research of the family-school co-education in Heng Shitang Primary School in Yingde,people can understand the depth of it,and obtain the experience,then it indicates that would fit for the home-school education in rural areas.The research is focus on the co-education of Heng Shitang Primary School,through analyzing the results from the questionnaire and interview presents that co-education is grave helpful mainly on some aspects,including: promoting teachers’ professional attainment,optimizing the class management and promoting patriarchs’ participation.But on the process of co-education,many problems prominent problems exist:First,school education management system lacks of whole-viewing design;Second,patriarchs are ambiguity of power and responsibility;Third,social resources are mismatched.For the main reasons of problems of the primary school co-operation,connecting with actual situation,I come up with concrete measures: Combining the reality of development in rural primary schools and the sound theory and experience in developed areas,it’s significant for school to play a leading role:perfect the management system,assessment system and the innovation system;it’s urge for home to play a leading role:updating the educational theory,changing the way of education,promoting the participant of education;it’s grave important for both home and school to establish and perfect the whole function of home-school co-education:They should be supplement and cooperate with each other.
