| It is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation to attach importance to family education.School is an important place to popularize family education knowledge and guide parents to carry out family education.It plays an important role in guiding the society to attach importance to family,family education and family tradition.In1996,the Ninth Five-year Plan for National Family Education jointly issued by the All-China Women’s Federation and the State Education Commission proposed for the first time that "educational administrative departments at all levels shall be responsible for guiding primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to carry out family education and set up parent schools." Since then,China’s school parent school has developed rapidly and carried out a wealth of practical activities,but the quality of development is worrying.Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China was officially issued on October 23,2021 in order to improve the quality and level of school parent schools.Of article 39 and article 40,41,42 and article 43 of primary and secondary schools to carry out the responsibility of family education guidance,ways,and according to the provisions,points out the primary and secondary schools,kindergarten school founded parents can take"service of family education guidance to parents regularly,The responsibility and obligation of school parents has been elevated to the level of laws and regulations,providing policy guarantee for schools to carry out family education guidance.Based on the literature research,this paper takes the construction status of parent schools in primary school as the research theme,selects three public primary schools in Nanchang as the research samples,and uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the situation of parent schools.It is concluded that the current situation of family education is not optimistic,the setting-up of primary school parent schools is not standardized,the family education guidance is lack of professionalism,the curriculum content is not systematic,the way of guidance is single,and parents lack the enthusiasm to participate.Through the in-depth study of the above situation,it is found that there are the following problems in primary school parent schools: low attention,lack of systematicness in curriculum construction,unstable teaching staff,insufficient motivation of parents’ participation and so on.Through the detailed analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the following improvement countermeasures: enhance the ideological recognition of primary school parent schools,build primary school parent school curriculum modules,effectively integrate parent school stakeholders,establish and improve the primary school parent school guarantee mechanism,and elaborate the specific implementation methods of various countermeasures.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can greatly improve the construction system of primary school parent schools. |
