| Since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "child-rearing at a young age" the care of infants aged 0-3 has gradually shifted from family to society,and nurseries that bear the function of infant care services have developed rapidly in large and medium-sized cities.As the provincial capital,there are a large number of nurseries of different types and levels,which provides a solid guarantee for the healthy development of nurseries.However,due to the poor foundation of the development of nursing care service,the lack of theoretical foundation and related research results,and the lack of policy guidance and norms,there are many problems in the curriculum of nursing care institutions.This study selects six professional nurseries in three districts of z city as research objects,and uses interview method,observation method and text analysis method to study the existing problems in the curriculum design and implementation of nurseries in six nurseries from five aspects:curriculum selection basis.Curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.It is found that there are the following problems in the curriculum design and implementation of nursery institutions:the basis of curriculum selection is not clear The level of curriculum objectives is incomplete Uneven curriculum content areas;The effect of curriculum implementation is not good;Curriculum evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the curriculum design and implementation of kindergarten senior high school classes in childcare institutions,it is found that the curriculum design and implementation of childcare institutions are affected by the following factors the standard of nursery curriculum is not perfect,the lack of curriculum resources;Lack of institutional curriculum self-research and government support;Institution a courses are market-oriented and blindly pursue characteristics;The teacher’s Professional level is not high,the practice reflection ability is poor;The operating environment of institutions is under great pressure and curriculum construction is neglected.Based on the above questions,the researchers have referred to domestic and foreign research on childcare curriculum,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for improving the curriculum design and implementation of childcare institutions: establish the standard guide of the nursing curriculum.improve the resources of the nursing curriculum;The government leads the multi-party efficient cooperation to build the nurseries curriculum system;Nursery machine Make a correct course orientation,adhere to children’s all-round development;Improve the quality of nursing-care personnel training,enhance the ability of practical reflection: Nursery institutions actively face difficulties,strengthen the construction of curriculum. |
