Investigation And Research On Present Situation Of Nursing Service For 0-3 Years Old Infants In Anshan City

The development level of infants and young children aged 0-3 is of great significance to their future lives.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that children should be nurtured.In 2019,the State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Promoting the Development of Care Services for Infants and Children under 3 Years of Age"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions").It can be seen that the emphasis on infant and child care has risen to a national strategy.This research comprehensively used a variety of research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the current status of child care services for 0-3 year old infants in Anshan City.The survey found that the city's childcare service industry currently has the following problems in terms of government investment and the operation of childcare service institutions: the service environment and equipment facilities of the childcare institutions are poor;the professional level of the teaching staff of the childcare institutions is not high;the childcare The curriculum lacks rigor and rationality;the guidance form of the childcare institutions is single and the opening is not sufficient;the ratio of teachers and children in the childcare institutions is too low;the childcare service institutions are seriously in short supply,and there are few specialized childcare institutions.Based on this,the author puts forward a series of suggestions: the part of the nursery institutions should optimize and perfect the nursery service environment and equipment facilities;improve the teacher entry standards,establish and improve the training and evaluation system;establish a professional curriculum development team,set up a reasonable nursery Curriculum;enrich the form of scientific guidance,establish a teacher guidance and punishment system;increase the opening to the outside world,and enhance the depth of home care interaction;the government partshould clarify the attribution of supervision and formulate unified management standards;vigorously train full-time teachers and improve the overall child care service;Strengthen the supervision of teachers,build a team of high-quality teachers;develop various forms of childcare,and improve the problem of insufficient supply of childcare.
