Infants aged 0-3 years nursery service is the important problem of the people’s livelihood of the world’s attention,the physical and mental development of infants and young children,family stability and harmonious society construction has the important meaning.A series of policies and regulations promulgated by state run support nursery work specification,encourage nursery institution benign development.This study focuses on the current situation of nursery institution care quality in Y City,Jiangsu Province.According to the research idea of "raising questions--analyzing problems--solving problems",it adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and observation to study the current situation of nursery institution care quality for infants aged 0-3 years in Y City from the macro and micro aspects.In this study,3 public kindergartens,1 private kindergartens,2 public nursery institutions,6 private nursery institutions and competent departments of 4 district and county nursery institutions in Y City were randomly selected as the targets for interviews,in-depth interviews and on-site observation of the nursery conditions,nursery care and educational support status of the nursery care institutions,and 200 nursery care teachers and 593 parents of infants were surveyed through questionnaires.To understand the status quo of nursing quality of teachers and the satisfaction of parents with care quality in nursery institutions.The study found that infants aged 0-3 years nursery service system in Y city has been initially established,the nursery position basically meets the needs of nursery care,the nursery institutions generally have the qualifications and conditions of nursery care,and the nursery care and education support meet the daily needs of infants and young children.The nursing quality of teachers was good,the scores of professional concept and teachers ’ethics were the highest,and the scores of professional identity were the lowest.There are significant differences in the nature of the institution,working mood,working state and turnover intention.Parents of infants and young children are generally satisfied with the nursery institutions,the highest degree of satisfaction in curriculum activities,the lowest degree of satisfaction in family care cooperation,and the satisfaction of special nursery institution is higher than that of nursery classes attached to kindergartens.However,the diversity of service types needs to be improved,the conditions of care are uneven,the suitability of care needs to be improved,the rationality of education support needs to be improved,the professionalism of teachers needs to be improved,and the quality of family care cooperation needs to be improved.Based on the reasonable attribution,according to the development of Y city nursery service,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions: 1.Competent departments: clarify the responsibilities of departments,establish a supervision system,increase financial input,make reasonable overall planning,support the construction of nursing staff,and explore the cooperation of home care agencies.2.The organization itself: improve the supporting conditions and complete the hardware shortcomings.Optimize recipe ingredients,improve sleep quality,and improve the toilet environment.The curriculum should be infant oriented to enrich the form of activity organization,increase the participation of infants and children,and ensure the quantity and quality of materials delivery.The admission of teachers shall be strictly regulated,teachers’ professional development shall be supported in various ways,teachers’ psychological state shall be paid attention to,and the professionalism of the team shall be improved.Improve the frequency of family care cooperation,enrich the forms of cooperation,timely provide parenting guidance,and form linkage with the community.3.Support teachers: establish lifelong learning,enhance self-reflection,improve knowledge and skills,clarify career orientation,and improve professional identity.4.Infant families: Establish a correct outlook on nursery and scientific outlook on nursery,and make reasonable use of educational options and consumption rights.
