The Communist Party of China(CPC)’s basic strategy for governing the country is to govern the country according to law in an all-round way,which is also the fundamental requirement for realizing socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the people’s legal literacy,strengthen their legal work and raise their awareness of the rule of law.The improvement of junior high school students’ rule of law literacy is an important part of the improvement of the rule of law literacy of the whole people,which plays a fundamental role in building a socialist country ruled by law and realizing the comprehensive rule of law.The course "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school is an important way to cultivate junior high school students’ rule of law literacy.In this course,there are rich resources of rule of law education,so it is necessary to promote junior high school students’ rule of law literacy through this course.On the premise of clarifying the concept of rule of law literacy,we can divide the specific connotations of junior high school students’ rule of law literacy,which are: rule of law knowledge,rule of law thinking,rule of law awareness,rule of law ability and rule of law belief.This study focuses on the Moral and Rule of Law course of junior high school students,and focuses on the cultivation countermeasures of junior high school students’ rule of law literacy.Through questionnaire survey and teacher interview,this paper investigates the status quo and cultivation of the rule of law literacy of some middle school students in Qingdao,and finds some problems existing in the cultivation process of the rule of law literacy of middle school students at this stage.For example,the number of professional rule of law teachers is insufficient and the teacher training and growth mechanism is not perfect,some rule of law teachers have a high degree of lack of understanding of the cultivation of students’ rule of law literacy,and the recruitment mechanism of part-time rule of law teachers with practical experience has not been established.Teachers have only one means to cultivate students’ legal literacy,teaching methods are difficult to meet the needs of students’ growth,and classroom teaching and off-campus practice cannot be deeply combined;It fails to optimize the educational content according to the goal of rule of law education,fails to integrate the educational content according to the actual life of students,and the "hierarchical" rule of law education content is difficult to meet the rule of law needs of advanced students.The reasons for these problems are as follows: In terms of ideological understanding,schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ legal literacy;In terms of teaching staff,there is a lack of training and growth mechanism for legal teachers that combines full-time and part-time work.In the content of education,exam-oriented teaching pursues knowledge and neglects the cultivation of students’ legal accomplishment;In the practice of rule of law,family and society are absent in the process of cultivating students’ rule of law literacy.Through the analysis of the causes behind the problems,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to cultivate the rule of law literacy of junior middle school students: from the aspect of ideological understanding,to improve the importance of the cultivation of students’ rule of law literacy;From the aspect of teachers,the introduction of teachers with professional background of law,systematic professional training of existing teachers,hiring part-time teachers from outside the school to cooperate with the development of rule of law education;In terms of the teaching content,the rule of law teaching content is expanded by selecting the rule of law cases around students,setting the teaching content from the three-dimensional level of "knowledge,ability and quality",compiling the rule of law education content from the perspective of home-school collaboration,and creating the rule of law culture inside and outside the school that is suitable for the rule of law literacy of junior middle school students.In terms of teaching methods,actively explore the "student-centered" rule of law education classroom,change the single teaching mode,open up law practice bases inside and outside the school,and give full play to the collaborative education function of family,society and school.It is hoped that through this research,the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school can better guide the cultivation of students’ rule of law literacy. |
