Fairness and justice are not only the important content of the core socialist values,but also the symbol of social civilization and progress.Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people,so everyone must be guaranteed equal rights and opportunities for development.As the common vision of human society,justice is regarded as the unswerving value pursuit of Chinese civilization.Today,it’s easier for us to reach the goal of national rejuvenation than ever before.It can be seen that maintaining social fairness and justice is an important institutional guarantee for realizing the Chinese Dream.College students are responsible for the future of China and nurtured well-prepared to join the socialist cause.College students’ sense of justice is not only associated with their own improvement,but also related to social harmony,civilization and progress.As a result,the cultivation of contemporary college students’ sense of justice is an important work in the process of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.In this study,under the guidance of Marxist justice thought,in terms of fine traditional Chinese culture,the justice ideas of core socialist values,and the theories related to education,moral psychology,and ethics,the research methods of literature analysis,multi-disciplinary analysis,and systematic analysis were conducted.By combining theory with practice,the active behavior and problems of college students’ sense of justice of were explored.Focusing on the causes of the problem,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed to try to resolve the moral difficulties of college students’ knowing but not doing,eliminate the indifferent moral indifference,and awaken the moral justice of college students.This study is composed of four closely connected parts: in the first part,the purpose and significance of the study were expounded,the necessity of cultivating a sense of justice was revealed,and the research status at home and abroad was generally summarized;in the second part,the sense of justice and its relevant concepts were explained,the thought of justice was sorted out from different theoretical dimensions at home and abroad,and the discussion was carried out in combination with the justice thoughts in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the following;in the third part,after grasping the positive performance of contemporary college students’ sense of justice,the in-depth analysis of their problems in knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior was carried out.From the aspects of family,colleges and universities,society and individual,the problem’essence was searched out;in the fourth part,the in-depth explanation of was conducted according to the above mentioned,including how to play the basic role of the family,the key role of colleges and universities,the security role of society,the fundamental role of students themselves,how to improve the cultivation path of college students’ sense of justice,and how to create a multi-dimensional and interactive cultivation system.
