Study On Status Analysis And Cultivation Strategy Of College Students’ Justice

Justice is the basic value and eternal pursuit of human civilization, the necessary premise of construction of harmonious society and realization of scientific development, which holds dominant position in the socialist core values. With the deepening of the reform and transformation of social structure proceeding in an all-round way, injustice in our society and diversified social ideological trend of the western affect people’s thought and behavior and pose greater challenges to the establishment of the concept of justice of contemporary college students seriously. It is a period among which college students establish their value and complete socialization. Whether they can correctly understand and treat social justice issues not only concerns the recognition and practicing of the socialist core values but also concerns construction of socialist modernization and the college students’ growth in an all-round way and healthily.This research analyzes and learns the thought on justice from all times and all countries, with the guidance of Marxism view of justice and socialist core values. All these efforts contribute to induction of scientific connotation of Marxism view of justice. Carefully the questionnaire is designed based on four theory-aspect, including right, opportunity, rule and distribution justice, after which we conduct a questionnaire survey about college students’ view of justice in-depth colleges and universities and analyze the survey data scientifically. Survey results show there are both positive aspects among contemporary college students, such as paying attention to social and national issues, dare to criticizing and correcting injustice and participating fair construction actively, and negative aspects including the inconsistent of thinking and behavior, individualism priority, low satisfaction of justice but taking no action or striving for justice irrationally. According to the actual situation of college students’ view of justice, this article analyze the influence of school, family, economic environment and the impact of cultural diversity on the formation of college students’ correct view of justice combining the social environment of growth of college students and the characteristics of times. Targeted and effective countermeasures of promoting college students’ correct view of justice during the education are seeked out, including education system of justice view is not well organized; system and specification of market economy is not perfect; integration mechanism of multiculture is not well ample; social contradictions mediation mechanism is not Ideal and so on. Based on the above analysis, exploring the correct and impartial education of students to help and guide college students establishing the correct concept of justice and practice with targets and effective measures in the respects of improving the education system, standardizing the market orderly competition, integrating diverse cultural thoughts, innovating the construction of the rule of law and so on.
