| As an important battlefield for talent cultivation,universities should fully implement the Party’s educational policy,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.The "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Universities under the New Situation" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in 2017 clearly pointed out that "we must adhere to the education of all staff,all processes,and all aspects",which provides a clear idea for cultivating the sense of responsibility among college students.This article mainly adopts a combination of literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods.The aim is to integrate "full staff education","full process education",and "comprehensive education" into the cultivation process of responsibility awareness among college students,implement national policy requirements,and transform them into specific plans to guide educational practice activities.At the same time,targeted exploration of specific measures to cultivate the sense of responsibility of college students in the new era from the perspective of "three comprehensive education" will help universities clarify their educational ideas,respond to social hot issues,and enhance the effectiveness of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility.The full text consists of five parts: The first part is an introduction,which elaborates on the research background,purpose,significance,current research status,methods,innovations,and shortcomings of the "Three Comprehensive Education" and college students’ sense of responsibility at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of "three complete education" and college students’ sense of responsibility,sorting out the connotations,characteristics,values,and theoretical basis of the two.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility from the perspective of "three comprehensive education".Based on the survey questionnaire,it is summarized that the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility has achieved results such as improving the identity of the main body of university responsibility cultivation,expanding the scope of the cultivation process,and enhancing the practical aspects of cultivation.There are problems such as the construction of responsibility education teams,stage connections,inadequate system construction,and weak personal awareness of college students,The reasons for the existing problems are insufficient linkage efficiency of the education team,lack of systematic design in the education process,and incomplete education pattern.The fourth part is the basic principles and main methods for cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility from the perspective of "three comprehensive education".It summarizes four types of principles:political,subjective,hierarchical,and systematic,as well as three types of methods that combine theoretical and practical education,education and self-education,and explicit and implicit education.The fifth part is the path selection to strengthen the sense of responsibility of college students from the perspective of "three complete education".Based on the three dimensions of the "Three Comprehensive Education" perspective,propose to consolidate the collective efforts of responsibility awareness cultivation and create a comprehensive education model for all employees;Guide college students to adapt to the development of the times and formulate a full process education plan;Three measures are proposed to improve the integrated education system and build a comprehensive education pattern,covering ten specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility. |
