Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Justice In The New Era

Justice is the value pursuit of human civilization,and the individual justice is the internal driving force for the development of social justice and improves its system.Especially for the college students,the shaping of their justice further affects the social justice in the new era.The nineteenth report of CPC point out that the unbalanced and insufficient development is the main factor to restrict people to pursue a better life.And,it is also an important task for us to develop the socialist modernization.Cultivating the justice of college students is an important measure to overcome the unbalanced and insufficient of social development.It is essential to carry out the education of socialist core values and a critical way to improve the values of college students.Through a survey,it reveals that two key problems need to be solved.The first one is concerning the wrong justice of current college students such as,lower satisfaction,deviation of justice construction,utilitarianism;The second one is that the concept,ways and paths of cultivating college students need to paying more attention by the effective social system.Because the college students are the important force to build the socialism of Chinese characteristics.Cultivating college students’ justice is not only conducive to their own growth and development,but also affects the rise and fall of Party and the construction of national cause.By combing the literature,this paper expounds my understanding of justice and the concept of justice,and further clarifies the connotation,requirements and significance of nurturing the justice of college students in the new era.On the basis of empirical research,combined with literature research and multidisciplinary theory,this paper analyzes the college students’ perception,consciousness and behavior on fairness in terms of their current social environment.Using the "construction" theory of psychology builds the problems related to the college students’ justice and analyzes the relevant causes to construct the join forces of fairness cultivation of current college students around their "cognition,emotion,volition and behavior” from the four perspectives of society,schools,families and individuals.First and most,taking social guidance as the leading role,developing mainstream cultural activities,setting up the model of cadres and perfecting the integration of law and morality guide the justice cultivation of current college students.Secondly,to courage the college students to cultivate justice by self-study,enhance justice self-confidence and self-discipline,we should focus on the University education,enrich the content of Ideological and political education,improve the method of Ideological and political education,create a fair atmosphere of campus culture,strengthen the teachers’ model guidance and perfect the management department daily affairs of students.Thirdly,regarding the family education as the core,setting up the concept of family education,enhancing the family education ability and improving the family education mode create a good family atmosphere for college students.Finally,the college students should focus on self-education and enhance their own dialectical thinking and actively take part in social practice so as to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice.
