Research On The Cultivation Of College Student’s System Consciousness In The New Era

The cultivation of system consciousness of college students in the new era is an indispensable and important part of our Party’s work of cultivating system consciousness,and also an important content of ideological and political education of college students in the new era.To strengthen the cultivation of system consciousness among college students in the new era,to actively guide them to have firm confidence in system,to be models who consciously respect the system,strictly implement the system and resolutely maintain the system,is an inherent requirement to achieve the goal of national rejuvenation and a stronger China with the "Chinese system".It is the urgent need to adapt to the changes of the main social contradictions in the new era and meet the aspirations of college students for a better life,and the inevitable requirement to promote the sound operation and coordinated development of society and the all-round development of college students.The research of this thesis mainly follows the thinking direction and overall logic of"what,why and how to do".The First is "what it is",that is,the theoretical basis and ideological origin of the research are established,and the theoretical interpretation of the essential connotation and inner structure of system consciousness,the concept,basic function and main characteristics of system consciousness cultivation is carried out,so as to clarify the basic issues such as the significance,main content and composition of system consciousness cultivation of college students in the new era.The second is "how about it",that is,"what is the current situation" of the cultivation of college students’ institutional consciousness in the new era,comprehensively examines and summarizes its opportunities and challenges,achievements and problems,aiming at answering the question "why" to develop the cultivation of college students’ institutional consciousness in the new era from the dimension of realistic thinking.The third is "how to do",that is,from two aspects of basic following and path selection,it puts forward the specific path of cultivating college students’ institutional consciousness in the new era.System consciousness is the study of the activities of the system in the human mind,i.e.consciousness or spirit,and it has a broad and narrow sense.System consciousness in the broad sense is the concept of institutions.In a narrow sense,system consciousness is people’s awareness of the system,including people’s knowledge,value and practice of the normative system of the system,the sum of cognitive perceptions,ideas and ways of thinking,is a kind of "object consciousness" and one-way mental activities.From the perspective of mental cognition,system consciousness can be roughly divided into intellectual structural elements,value structural elements and practical structural elements.The intellectual structural elements include system norm awareness,system justice awareness,and system authority awareness;the value structural elements include system demand awareness,confidence in system awareness,and system belief awareness;the practical structural elements include system innovation awareness and system implementation awareness.The cultivation of system consciousness has four major functions:the comprehensive reflection function based on system psychology,the integration function based on system performance,the behavior control function based on system regulation,and the spiritual cultivation function based on system value.The cultivation of system consciousness has the characteristics of unity of subjectivity and objectivity,unity of freedom and regulation,unity of knowledge and value,unity of wholeness and hierarchy,and unity of universality and intentionality.The cultivation of system consciousness of college students in the new era is the demand of the times to promote the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country by "China’s system",the inherent requirement to reduce the cost of governance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education,as well as the practical need to provide stable expectations for the ideological activities and behavioral choices of college students in the new era.According to the levels of system consciousness,the content of system consciousness cultivation of college students in the new era can be divided into macroscopic content,i.e.the consciousness of socialist system with Chinese characteristics and its advantages,mesoscopic content,i.e.the consciousness of higher education system of socialist university with Chinese characteristics,and microscopic content,i.e.the consciousness of behavioral rules affecting college students’study and daily life.From the perspective of constituent elements,the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era is a static system composed of cultivation subjects,cultivation objects,cultivation mediators and cultivation environment,whose interaction among these also form a dynamic system.The system consciousness of college students in the new era cannot be created or cultivated naturally,but it has profound theoretical resources and practical foundation.These theoretical resources include not only the classical writers of Marxism and the Chinese Communist Party’s theories on institutions,consciousness and the comprehensive development of institutions and human beings,but also the system concepts in the excellent Chinese tradition,including the order concept of "etiquette is the basis of the contract and propriety is the discipline","law is not expensive,rope is not bending"view of law and the system view of "ordering the people through the country and correcting its system",as well as the important theories of Western thinkers and educators on system justice and system identity.In the new era,the cultivation of system awareness among college students faces both opportunities and challenges.The policy opportunity is the high attention and strategic guidance of the Party Central Committee,the achievement opportunity is the prominence of the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the tendency of its image at home and abroad,the demand opportunity is the increasing demand of college students for the systemization of a better life,and the technical opportunity is the development of the Internet;the market-oriented challenge is the continuous expansion of profit-driven utilitarianism,the information challenge is the increasing problem of system failure in cyberspace The challenge of marketization is the continuous expansion of profit-driven utilitarianism,the challenge of informatization is the increasing prominence of system failure in cyberspace,the challenge of globalization is the continuous penetration of undesirable social trends in Western society,and the challenge of subjectivation is the diversity of college students’ ideological and behavioral characteristics.In conclusion,it seems that the system consciousness of new-era college students is in a good condition,and the system consciousness cultivation has achieved certain results,but there are still shortcomings in regular cultivation and the effectiveness of methods and measures.This survey implies that traditional customs and social customs,school education and family education,and mass media are the main factors affecting the cultivation of system consciousness among new-era college students.The cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era is a systematic project with principle following,goal navigation and principle traction,involving "what principle or law to cultivate"(principle following),"what goal or direction to cultivate"(goal following),"what policy or principle to cultivate"(principle following)and other aspects.In terms of principle compliance,it mainly includes the theory of subjective initiative reflection,the theory of the root of institutional norms,the theory of consciousness generation process and the theory of cultivating engineering system.In terms of its target system,it is necessary to consciously respect the system at the ideological level,resolutely safeguard the system at the political level,and strictly implement the system at the practical level.In the cultivation,we should follow the basic principles such as the combination of full coverage and key points,the integration of the whole process of casting and key links,the comprehensive content and the flexible and harmonious method,the unity of problem-oriented and target-leading,and the correlation between domestic and global vision.The cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era can neither stay on the general theoretical deduction nor be satisfied with the deep revelation of their realistic circumstances,on the basis of which the appropriate cultivation path should be given from"explaining the world" to "changing the world" and the question "how to do it" should be answered well.Based on the new era,according to the constituent elements and the four basic principles,the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era should at least start from the following aspects:The three driving forces to activate the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era are to form the demand driving force of"system value-to meet students’ needs for a better life",to strengthen the goal leading force of "system advantage-to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education",and to enhance the publicity and mobilization force of "system education-to strengthen the identification of system cultural ideas".To strengthen the subject coordination of the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era is to require the leading subject to strengthen top-level design and system production,the propagating subject to promote discourse infiltration and system integration,and the receiving subject to enhance ideological consciousness and system internalization.To promote the content transformation of the cultivation of college students’ institutional consciousness in the new era,it is to set up the correct system cognition from the four aspects of "knowing and acting",stimulate the positive system emotion,temper the strong system will,and practice the rich system practice.To strengthen the channel integration of the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era is to unblock the main channel and micro-circulation of the cultivation of system consciousness,realize the resource sharing and activity joint construction of multiple platforms,and innovate and revitalize the ways of cultivating system consciousness.To promote the environmental integration of the cultivation of college students’ system consciousness in the new era is to build a multi-linkage integrated space,create an immersive environment of virtual and real integration,and
