Research On Labor Concept Education For College Students In The New Era

Labor is not only the logical starting point of the Marxist Historical Materialism,it is also the theoretical cornerstone of Marxist Political Economy.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that labor creates happiness and that success can only be achieved by putting one’s feet on the ground,and that the spirit of the model worker,the spirit of labour and the spirit of craftsmanship should be vigorously promoted.Labor concept is people’s views and basic opinions on labor,and strengthening labor concept education for college students in the new era is in line with the inherent rules of students’ growth and success,and is an inevitable requirement for responding to the development of the times and cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.The thesis takes the new era as the background,takes labor concept education of college students as the research theme,follows the principle of combining theory and practice,follows the logical line of discovering problems-analyzing problems-solving problems,explores the ideological origin of labor concept education from the theoretical basis,and explores the value implication of labor concept education of college students from the background of the new era;a questionnaire survey was conducted on some university students by means of online placement and random sampling.On the basis of empirical research,the current situation of university students’ labor concept and their education was mapped out,and problems such as the meritocratic of labor cognition,deviation of labor division concept and indifference of labor emotion among some university students were sorted out;there are problems that family education "emphasizes wisdom over labor",school education "more talk than action",and insufficient awareness of self-education among college students in labor education,which are mainly due to the influence of traditional prejudice,insufficient attention of colleges and universities and the erosion of bad social culture.The education of labor concept in the new era should adhere to the principles of student-oriented,theoretical and practical,inheritance and innovation,long-term and phased.And it should include education on labor theories and knowledge,education on labor values,education on labor ethics,education on decent labor,education on ecological labor and education on innovation and entrepreneurship,etc.In view of the existing problems and exploring the solution paths,it is proposed to focus on the basic role of family labor concept education,give play to the key role of labor concept education in colleges and universities,create a good social environment for labor concept education,give play to the role of labor concept self-education of college students,and build a "four-in-one" cooperative education mechanism among family,school,society and college students to form a synergy of labor concept education for college students.
