| Labor is the basis for the existence and development of human life,and the concept of labor is an important part of people’s overall values.The labor view of college students determines their attitude towards learning and work,and then affects their labor practice.Therefore,establishing a correct labor view is of great significance for college students to receive education and engage in labor.With the development of the fourth scientific and technological revolution,the construction of new engineering has entered people’s vision.In order to adapt to the new economic situation and the development situation of science and technology,colleges and universities have carried out relevant professional construction of new engineering,so the cultivation of College Students’ labor concept under the background of new engineering has become the focus.This paper takes the new engineering as the background and the problems existing in college students’ labor concept as the guidance.It analyzes the situation of college students’ labor concept under the new engineering background by using the literature research method,comparative research method and questionnaire survey method,and focuses on the analysis of the practical problems in the cultivation of contemporary college students’ labor concept.The research is mainly carried out from the following parts: Firstly,it defines the concepts related to the cultivation of college students’ view of labor under the background of new engineering.This part,on the basis of explaining the concept of cultivation of college students’ view of labor in new engineering,sorts out the relevant theories of labor view at home and abroad in ancient and modern times,based on the Marxist theory of labor view Based on the labor education theory of Chinese traditional culture and the labor education theory of postmodern education,this paper expounds the value of cultivating college students’ labor view from two aspects of practice theory.Secondly,through consulting relevant materials and issuing questionnaires to college students,to understand the current situation of college students’ view of labor,to the new engineering background of the cultivation of college students’ view of labor problems are summarized and the cause analysis from the problems of individual students’ view of labor and the misunderstanding of family understanding of labor view This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the cultivation of labor view in colleges and universities and the misdirection of social labor atmosphere and labor culture,and analyzes the attribution of the problems.Finally,according to the attribution of the problem,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of College Students’ labor concept from the perspective of students,families,schools and society,in order to promote the development and progress of the cultivation of college students’ labor concept.Facing the era background of the construction of new engineering,the cultivation of College Students’ labor concept should be combined with the characteristics of new engineering,find the problems in the cultivation of labor concept at this stage,summarize the historical experience,absorb the beneficial ideas at home and abroad,and jointly build a new model to promote the correct cultivation of College Students’ labor concept,so as to make college students’ labor concept develop more.This paper tries to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of College Students’ labor concept under the background of new engineering through systematic research,so as to provide reference for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students’ labor concept. |
