Research On The Education Of College Students’ Labor Concept In The New Era

College students’ view of labor is the fundamental view and perspective of college students on labor,which directly affects college students’ life attitude,value choice and career choice.The correct labor concept not only helps to promote the free and inclusive development of college students,but also helps college students to actively accomplish their social and historical responsibility to build a modern and powerful socialist country,while a wrong view of labor can drive them to make the opposite choice and have a negative impact on them and society.While strengthening the mission of youth,today’s college students have some undesirable phenomena,such as "Buddhist","lying" and "rotten".As a result,this paper focuses on the core issue of "labor concept education of college students in the new era",analyzes the main contents of labor concept education for college students in the new era on the basis of defecating the relevant concepts of labor concept,empirically analyzes the positive outcomes of college students’ views on labor,existing problems and causes,and presents feasible teaching strategies to clarify the related concepts of labor views.The main contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,it explains relevant theories of conceptual education of college students in the new era.Starting with the related concepts and theory foundation of labor concept education,this part analyzes and defines the concepts of labor,labor concept and labor concept education for college students,and digs up in depth the important exhibitions of classical Marxist writers and CPC people on education in the concept of labor,as well as the excellent labor outlook education thoughts in Chinese traditional culture.And on this basis,it emphasizes on the importance of educating college students’ labor concepts in the new era,which serves to support their mission in the new era,cultivate and put into practice core socialist ideals,and advance the development of an inventive nation.Secondly,it clarifies the basic requirements and main content of conceptual education of students’ labor in the new era.This paper proposes labor cognition education,labor spirit education and labor will education on the basis of the modernity of labor concept education of college students in the new era,the new anticipations of college students for a better life and the respect of college students’ individual characteristics.Thirdly,it analyzes the present situation of labor concept education of college students in the new era by using the method of empirical investigation.This paper focuses on the positive performance and issues of labor concept of college students in the new era,which can be summarized as follows: college students’ overall labor concept is generally correct,but their labor awareness is not deep enough;they have the emotion of loving labor,but their labor interest is not strong enough;they have a certain utilitarian tendency and have not yet formed a real labor spirit;they have a strong sense of innovation and actively participate in innovative practice activities;have good working habits in personal life.This paper also investigates the current situation of labor concept education of college students in the new era,and finds that labor concept education in colleges and universities has strengthened the cognition of college students and enriched the form of labor concept education to a certain extent,but there are also problemssuch as "marginalization","one-sidedness","formalization" and lack of modernity.On this basis,the paper examines the factors that contribute to the issues from the perspectives of the impact of a pluralistic social environment,the importance of university labor concept education and family labor concept education,and college students’ own labor accomplishment.Fourthly,it provides an opportunity to improve the efficiency of college students’ education in the new era.In order to solve the problems of labor concept education of college students in the new era,this paper considers four aspects: further transformation of the concept of student labor education,improvement of the methodology and content and evaluation system of the laboring concept of college student education,joint construction of the laboring concept of education within the concept of a great ideology and policy,creation of a good environment for loving labor,and give play to the main role of the education of college students’ self-concept of labor,as well as the aspiration to help college students establish a scientific concept of labor,so as to advance the education of labor view of college students to achieve the desired results in the new era.
