Rational Emotion Therapy Intervened In Group Work Of Community Rehabilitation Of Mental Disorders

With the rapid development of society,the pressure of competition for people in the economy and social environment is increasing,and the problem of mental health caused by this is becoming more serious,and the incidence rate has risen sharply.In my country,mental health issues are increasingly prominent,and the number of patients with severe mental disorders has exceeded 10 million.However,the current shortage of medical resources and social resources,the economic and living pressure of patients with mental disorders under long-term treatment have also undergone tremendous pressure,which makes it difficult for them to continue subsequent rehabilitation treatment in the hospital after the cure of clinical symptoms.Therefore,the rehabilitation service project of the mental disorders came into being.Patients with mental disorders return to the community as a special group after the rehabilitation of the community.After returning,due to long-term living in families and communities,they also need to face dual pressure from families and society,those who live in community have different emotional problems due to their different physiology,psychological,and social adaptability.The negative emotions they show will seriously affect their quality of life and subsequent recovery.Therefore,the support of all parties of society to help them relieve or eliminate negative emotions,improve their self-awareness,and promote their better return to social life.This study intervened in a group work in the recovery of the mental disorders in the city L District of Guangxi,and found that they had the following problems:negative emotions have high frequency,irrational beliefs with absoluteization,and lack of rational emotional regulation.In this regard,this study combines rational emotional therapy and selects 6 mental disorders suitable for the work of group work as a member of the group.Help it to make self-cognition and self-changes,explore the channels for rational emotional therapy to intervene in the recovery of the mental disorders,help the recovery of the mental disorders to recognize their irrational beliefs,so that they can change their cognition to change their own cognition to change themselves,reduce the impact of bad emotions on their lives and rehabilitation processes.The research results show that the group work with rational emotional therapy as the theoretical foundation has obvious effects on the recovery of the mental disorders,which improves the negative emotions of the team members.This article studies the problem of negative emotional regulation of rational emotion therapy involved in the recovery of the mental disorders in the community,and provides new ideas for the problem of negative emotion regulation of the group.In the future,the impact of emotional rehabilitation effect on the rehabilitation of service objects and whether negative emotion regulation will help promote a broader research direction such as effective rehabilitation of service objects.
