Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Non-employed Digital Labor On Internet Platform

With the rapid development of information technology,people’s production and life style are accelerating changes.With the popularization of networking and digitalization,the development of economy and society has shown new characteristics,indicating that mankind has entered a new era of digital economy.As an integrated and innovative economy,the digital economy has continuously and profoundly changed the way of production and life of the society.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the task of "accelerating the development of the digital economy,promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and creating an internationally competitive digital industrial cluster".Platform economy is an important part of the digital economy,and its rapid and healthy development can not only promote the development of the digital economy,but also a key factor to accelerate the development of the digital economy.The development of Internet and digital technology has contributed to the formation of new economic models and labor forms under the Internet economy.In the context of information capitalism,knowledge,information and content have become a new kind of productive force and have largely replaced the status of material materials.This production activity is usually carried out in the form of unpaid,crowdsourced digital labor,thus giving birth to a new class of unpaid digital workers,who use the Internet platform as the means of production,the society and the family as the factory,forming a production mode that is completely different from the traditional factory employment.Digital labor is different from traditional labor types,and its workers use the Internet platform and mobile terminal as the work basis,with a wide range of ages and educational backgrounds,and the difference is great.They use portable electronic devices,such as mobile phones,computers,etc.as tools to produce immaterial content products,such as text,pictures,videos,etc.for digital capital at any time and anywhere.Although digital workers are not official employees of the media platforms,they are utilized by these media capital,without receiving any remuneration,as a source of profits for the platforms by transferring personal information and sharing knowledge content.In the current research,we need to pay more attention to the analysis of political economy,especially for the non-employed and unpaid digital labor such as Internet platform users,and we need to return to Marx’s classical political economy theory to explore how their production and consumption activities are freely occupied by Internet platforms.Based on this,this paper,guided by the classical theory of Marxism,discusses the concept of digital labor and combines it with the labor theory of value to analyze the process of the commercialization and labor of digital workers’ behaviors on the media platform,and discusses how to avoid users from falling into the commercialization trap set by media capital,so that the media can truly become the driving force of communication freedom and user liberation.Not a tool of capital.
