The development of digital economy has brought industrial digital upgrading and economic change.In the process of digital economy development,Internet platform has become a new type of production organization.The rise of Internet platform improves the utilization of labor force and enhances the social ability to absorb employment.The study of labor relations under the Internet platform can help us to clarify the main contradictions in the development of the Internet platform,and understand the new characteristics of labor relations in the new era of new forms of employment.It is of great significance to promote the development of China’s platform economy and build a harmonious socialist labor relations.As a new type of production organization,the Internet platform has changed the traditional production mode and created a new type of employment group with the platform as the core.The Internet platform has not only made an increase in creating employment,but also revitalized the employment stock of traditional industries.Therefore,the labor relations under the Internet platform have certain complexity.In order to better understand the labor relations under the Internet platform,this paper returns to the perspective of production,starting from Marx’s classical theory,analyzes the Internet platform as a production organization form,and analyzes the technical characteristics and production relations under the Internet platform,This paper makes a preliminary summary of the labor relations under the Internet platform,and puts forward policy suggestions according to the above analysis results.This paper attempts to study the labor relations of the Internet platform in the digital era,and thinks that the labor relations of the Internet platform have changed in the digital era,which is closely related to the emergence of artificial intelligence technology,the opening up of cyberspace and the change of communication mode.According to this logic,this paper puts forward the following topics: how does the change of labor relations on the Internet platform come into being? What is the evolution mechanism of labor relations on the Internet platform in the digital era?What is the impact of this change in labor relations?In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the labor relations on the Internet platform under the background of "Digital Age".It is necessary to point out that the labor relations on the Internet platform discussed in this paper exist in both China and Western countries,but they are essentially different due to the differences in systems.This difference stems from the differences between the socialist system and the capitalist system in the relations of production,labor relations and labor relations The difference in value orientation shows that the relationship between labor and capital under socialism can be reconciled through institutional advantages,while the relationship between labor and capital under capitalism can not be reconciled.First of all,this paper combs the process of social and economic development.At present,the society is in the development stage of post industrial society and information civilization.The integration development of artificial intelligence,Internet of things,big data and economic model is also evolving from the path of casual economy platform economy digital economy.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the new changes of means of production,labor factors and the combination of factors in the digital era.It can be seen that in the digital era,data elements occupy the core position in the production process and play an unprecedented productivity.With the progress of technology,labor elements are divided into two groups with the production path and capital path.Internet platform has become a new way of element combination,showing the characteristics of expansion of production space and flexible employment form.Secondly,based on the analysis of digital capital,this paper points out that digital capital exists in the form of digital oligarchy.Under the influence of network effect,scale effect and feedback effect of data elements,it is inevitable for digital capital to behave in the form of oligarchy.Then it analyzes the labor capital relationship under the digital capital,mainly from four aspects: oligopoly’s monopoly of data,labor’s dependence on digital capital,wage form and profit distribution under excess game,management system and labor control under monitoring means.Specifically,the above four aspects are strengthening the power of capital and weakening the bargaining power of workers.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the changes of labor relations in the digital era,and points out that labor relations in the digital era present three main trends: the strengthening of labor differentiation,the significant role of ideology and the dominance of capital over labor.These changes are based on the changes of social production relations caused by the improvement of technological progress and productivity in the digital era.Technological progress has never been carried out in a vacuum,but develops in specific social relations of production.At present,the dual path of division of labor and the increase of income gap caused by financial capital are dividing the labor group.Consumerism covers up the inequality in labor relations and brings cultural symbols into daily consumption,In the end,capital occupies an absolute dominant position in labor relations.Finally,through the investigation of meituan takeout riders in Chengdu,the delivery workers under meituan takeout are in line with the relevant characteristics proposed in this paper.Under the seemingly flexible working mode,the delivery workers are bound on the platform,and stimulate the delivery workers to join in the excess game through the piece rate form full of aesthetic symbols,Through a variety of management systems and evaluation mechanisms to control the labor process.Under the control of the platform,it is difficult for the riders to realize their demands.The platform takes advantage of the position of information monopoly to adjust the unit price in stages.The delivery workers can only reluctantly accept it and work harder to extend their working hours.Finally,in view of the above problems,the suggestions are to strengthen the protection of workers’ rights and interests and establish an effective channel for workers to appeal and safeguard their rights and interests when the government improves the corresponding laws and regulations to curb the monopoly pricing power of the platform and weakens the control of the platform.
