A Political Economy Study On Labor Relations In Enterprises In The Digital Economy Era

In the era of digital economy,the rapid development of information technology has spawned a large number of new business forms,among which platform enterprises are developing most rapidly.Platform enterprises,on the one hand,promote economic growth and create a large number of jobs.They change the traditional employment patterns,which leads to the tense labor-capital relations between workers and platform enterprises and highlights labor-capital conflicts.This paper systematically analyzes the problems of labor-capital relations of Chinese platform enterprises.It is of great significance to protect workers’ rights and interests,ease labor-capital conflicts,promote sustainable development of platform enterprises and maintain social stability.This paper uses the literature analysis method to integrate the new changes in the labor-capital relations of platform enterprises by reading and combing the relevant literature,aiming to put forward the existing problems in the labor-capital relations of Chinese platform enterprises.Based on Marx’s theory of labor relations,supplemented by Marx’s theory of labor process to explain and analyze the causes of related problems,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into the following five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research methods,innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second part is an overview of Marx’s theory of labor relations.This paper briefly combs the formation process of Marx’s labor-capital relations theory and summarizes the main contents.The third part is the new changes of labor relations in platform enterprises.This paper first introduces the definition and classification of platform enterprises under the digital economic era,and then analyzes the new changes in the labor-capital relations of Chinese platform enterprises,and finally points out the existing problem of labor-capital contradiction.The fourth part is the cause analysis of labor-capital relations in platform enterprises.This part analyzes the mechanism behind the change of labor-capital relations and the prominent labor-capital contradiction from the three aspects of economy,technology and system.The fifth part is to build a platform for enterprise harmonious labor relationship advice,from the perspective of the subject of labor relations,government,platform enterprise,laborer own multilateral joint efforts,to promote China’s modernization of labor relations management ability,strengthen the self platform for enterprise management,give full play to the subject position of laborer three aspects put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.
