| At present, the problem of lack of extra-curricular physical exercise is common among college students in China, and most of them have difficulty in achieving the goal of "strengthening the management of physical education courses in higher education institutions, incorporating extra-curricular physical activities into the daily teaching plan of schools,so that every student can participate in extra-curricular physical exercise at least three times a week" and the requirement of "making extra-curricular physical exercise at least three times a week" as stated in Document 7 issued by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee. In recent years, the Ministry of Education has proposed to make young students achieve the requirement of more than 30 minutes of extracurricular physical exercise three times a week. The rate of physical fitness of college students is not very satisfactory.Especially in the context of the epidemic, the online physical education courses are restricted, resulting in the bottom of the daily physical exercise activities of college students today. Therefore, the physical education homework during the epidemic period is a great success, such as "Daily Jump Rope" and other physical education homework APPs have emerged as a powerful tool for online physical education during the epidemic. It can better guarantee the amount of daily physical exercise activities for students. However, according to many experts and scholars,in fact, the effect of physical education homework on students’ daily physical activity is not so obvious;because most students are lazy and tend to ignore their daily physical activity. Moreover, many students do not complete their physical education homework well, and there are many cases of poor quality of physical education homework, low completion of physical education homework and even "fake homework".Therefore, from the perspective of improving the quality of college students’ physical education homework and their participation in extracurricular physical education,I selected four undergraduate public physical education classes of Changchun Normal University, class of 2021,with 128 students as the experimental subjects, and divided them into a control group and three experimental groups, which included the evaluation of the effect of group physical education homework in the evaluation of individual physical education performance. The experimental group incorporated the evaluation of group physical education assignments into the evaluation of individual physical education grades(each of the three experimental groups used a different group evaluation method compared to the individual grade evaluation). The experimental group was evaluated by literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experimental methods, and mathematical and statistical methods to verify whether the inclusion of informal group evaluation methods in college students’ physical education assignments could better improve the effectiveness, quality, and frequency and duration of extracurricular physical activity than the use of individual physical education assignments evaluation methods only. After 16 weeks of experimentation and the following conclusions were drawn.1.By including group evaluation in the evaluation of college students’ physical education assignments,it is a method that can effectively help students improve the amount of extracurricular physical education activities.2.Through the experimental data in this paper,it can be learned that using informal group evaluation in the evaluation of college students’ physical education homework completion effect has significantly improved the time of extracurricular physical exercise per college student compared with only evaluating students’ individual physical education homework, which helps to improve the rate of excellent physical health of college students.3.In the evaluation of college students’ physical education assignments, the use of informal group evaluation can help college students achieve the requirement that "by2030,China’s youth should participate in moderate intensity physical activities more than three times a week" as proposed in the Health China 2030 Plan.4.However,there was no significant difference in the scores of students’ skills evaluation in extracurricular physical education assignments using the informal group evaluation method compared with the evaluation of students’ individual physical education assignments only. |
